Completamente ristrutturato PGA West (Stadium Course) - con una vista mozzafiato!

Guardare l'azione sia all'interno e al di fuori del nostro sud 2 letto / 2 bagni condominio che si affaccia sul verde 13 del TPC Stadium Course a PGA West. La nostra casa è stata completamente ristrutturata per soddisfare le viste spettacolari del corso sul lago, le montagne e il golf. Siamo all'interno di una gated community su uno dei 100 migliori campi da golf del mondo (Golf Magazine) e il 4 ° più duro corso in America (Digest Golf).

Il condominio è un unico livello 1330 sq. Ft. Unità con un open space, e in poche parole tutto è nuovo!

La tua casa vacanza è unico in quanto può ospitare comodamente 6 composta da un letto Cal re in ogni camera da letto e un divano letto queen size di memoria schiuma letto.

La sala da pranzo ha posti a sedere per 6. Il soggiorno ha soffitti a volta, un 55 "HD TV a schermo piatto e ad alta velocità Wi-Fi. Tutto il necessario per sedersi e rilassarsi. La cucina rinnovato di recente ha un sacco di spazio di preparazione ed è completamente attrezzato per ogni cuoco.

C'è un patio situato fuori del soggiorno con un tavolo e 4 sedie per il caffè del mattino, oltre a due grandi sedie a sdraio per rilassarsi e guardare palle da golf atterrare sul green o, talvolta, nel lago.

Il paradiso dei golfisti! Corso TPC Stadium è uno dei tre corsi pubblici entro PGA (com www. Pgawest.) West. Belle piscine semi-private per crogiolarsi al sole, campo da tennis, spa di classe mondiale, più casinò, ristoranti, e negozi nella vicina El Paseo e Palm Springs.

Quiet and comfortable

This quiet and really comfortable Condo is perfect for anyone who wants to get away to a tranquil desert home. Everything you need, excellent, comfortable beds, lovely sheets, and really roomy. Light and bright. The back patio opens onto the golf course, fun to sit and watch the golfers try to hit a difficult green. This is a large subdivision, We walked the perimeter and it was about a 3 mile loop. Many small swimming pools dot the entire complex and you are free to use any of them. No services within walking distance, although you could easily bike to Ernie’s, the restaurant that is open to the public, along with a terrific golf shop and clubhouse just down the road. Great patio dining.

Well appointed PGA West property, perfect for two couples

We recently stayed at Ken and Meredith's condo in PGA West. The communication and responsiveness was top-notch throughout the process. The property was clean, well-stocked and set up well for two couples to stya. Kitchen had ample dish ware and cooking supplies and there were plenty of towels and beach towels provided for use. Condo had a/c, wifi, cable tv, and outdoor furnishings as well as a grill for use. We have stayed at other similar PGA condos in the past, and this one is the best so far for cleanliness and amenities. Thank you!

A great stay!

This was the perfect place to stay during our daughter's lacrosse tournament. The condo was very clean with amazing views. The kitchen was spacious and we had everything we needed to prepare great pregame breakfasts. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The location was perfect, esp for my husband who is an avid golfer. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio while watching hummingbirds snack on the beautiful flowers. We helped ourselves to a few oranges from their tree- a perfect lacrosse snack! Ken, the owner, was extremely helpful and kind. We changed our arrival date twice, and he was responsive & understanding about modifying our reservation. My husband & some friends got to meet Ken and enjoyed chatting with him about golfing in La Quinta. Check-in was super easy as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing, comfortable and entertaining

We loved our week at this great property. The location is perfect if you are a fan of golf or the La Quinta area. The home is very clean and comfortable. And watching all the action on the 13th hole of The Stadium Course is always entertaining! Our second time staying here and we are looking forward to returning next year!

Great PGA West Condo

The views at this PGA West 2 bedroom condo are exceptional. The home is extremely clean and nicely remodeled. This is a gated community- very safe and well manicured. We stay frequently in this golf community and you cannot go wrong with this property. Ken is a pleasure to work with and very responsive. Will definitely look forward to staying again!!

Very clean and comfortable

This place was so cozy, clean, updated, and felt like home away from away. The lay out is perfect and the convenience of having the garage kept our car cool during the blazing hot afternoon. Everything you’ll need to cook, wash, clean, and relax are all at the house. Definitely worth it!

Beautiful view! Comfort at its best.

My husband and I had such a relaxing time at this condo. The view is fantastic and it is entertaining to watch the golfers too. The condo is very comfortable and clean. There is a lot of storage for your clothes and the layout is nice. We certainly felt right at home. We had a question for the owner and he was prompt to answer. Overall a great experience!

Loved Everything

Everything from start to finish was perfect! Hosts were very kind and returned answers to all my questions quickly. The property was all it was described and more. We will definitely return in the future. It was extremely sad to end our month there. Cheers to Ken and Meredith.

Perfect Escape

The property is in excellent condition, in a great area, with amazing views of the golf course. Ken, the homeowner, was responsive to any and all requests within minutes. I plan on staying here in the future and recommend this property to anyone staying within Indio.

Quiet getaway

Everything went well and the condo is very nice, the listing is accurate. Beds are comfy! It’s a max 10 minute drive to everything you might need such as restaurants and stores, condo is in a nice quiet location.
