Welcome to Legacy Villas, the luxurious resort style community adjacent to Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort & Spa. This single story studio is furnished with approx. 400 sq ft living space. The resort also includes a clubhouse, gym,12 pools, 11 spas, 19 fountains, a hammock garden, outdoor fireplaces, trail, etc.

The charming french doors open onto a tranquil patio, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and shimmering lights from the palm trees complement romantic evenings.

This unit has laminate flooring, Samsung 55" Smart TV (access to Netflix, HULU, Prime Video, YouTube etc.) and includes central air-conditioner and heater, small kitchenette with toaster, microwave, coffee maker and mini-refrigerator. The bathroom features deep soaking tub and stall shower with floor to ceiling tiles. Additional features include Hi-Speed WiFi, Cable TV with 100+ channels including HBO and Showtime, ceiling fan, and fireplace (switch operated).

Supplies Included for all guests: Liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, liquid body soap, paper towels, hair dryers, towels (Bath, hand, wash and pool), linens, duvets, duvet comforters and shams

Legacy Villas amenities accessible to all guests:

• 12 Sparkling Saltwater Pools and 11 Spas throughout the community
• Clubhouse
• Hammock Garden
• 19 Fountains with walking trails
• Main Pool area includes poolside cabanas, showers, and walk-in wading pool
• 24 hour guard gated community

Occupancy is limited to 2 people.

There are no life guards at the pools, children must be supervised at all times.

The town of La Quinta requires ‘quiet time’ after 10 pm.

The bed was not comfortable, lumpy and could feel the springs and there was only one hanger in the closet to hang clothes. The sheets were nice and everything was clean. The area is pretty.

Quick trip to Indian Wells

The property was just as described online. It was clean and comfortable. Great location to restaurants and Indian Wells. One possible recommendation would be to update the mattress. Enjoyed our stay!

A few nagging issues over of 6 days: 1. The small refrigerator does not have a small freezer section which makes it impossble to have quick frozen dinners or ice cream on hand. 2. The thermostat would not hold the setting. It was 118+ during our stay. I had to get up several times each night to reset it because it would apparently reset itself to seemingly random settings, sometimes 80+. We would often wake up in a sweat in the middle of the night. It is a nice enough place and very convenient for our purposes otherwise.

Amazing restorative getaway

Enjoyed my stay at your property. Great communication with host, fantastic location (nice and quiet) with charming patio.The facilities are well maintained, I even had an entire pool to myself for much of the day. Will definitely be back!

Great little get-away!

The property is fantastic! The villa we stayed in was lovely. It's tucked away along a side walkway, very private and quiet, yet an easy walk to the main pool, which is awesome, with two other pools also nearby. The villa is tastefully decorated and the bed is quite comfortable, while the in-villa amenities are just adequate. We felt the supplies were a little sparse, with only two dishes, two bowls and mugs and a couple of mismatched glasses including one broken wine glass. A few more supplies would have been appreciated, like a sponge or cloth for washing up dishes and a full kleenex box in the bathroom (there were only a couple of tissues left). We also only got one washcloth in the bathroom. The kitchenette includes a decent mini-fridge, a keurig coffeemaker (with some pods in the cupboard), a toaster and microwave. So fixing a basic breakfast was quite doable. There was also a blow dryer and a selection of shampoo and conditioner available. The WiFi was a little slow, but we managed. All in all, we would definitely rent this villa again, only next time we will come prepared with a few extra supplies from home. We enjoyed our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the property.
