Summary:

Mountain views from a two-level home inside the gated La Quinta Resort community. Light the gas-log fireplace, grill on the covered patio with its Weber BBQ, or take your coffee onto the upstairs balcony. Two shared resort-style pools are yours to use, and there's a 2-car garage. Old Town La Quinta is 5 to 10 minutes away, with golf, hiking and dining all close by. Made for couples and golfers who want a quiet base with a view.



The Space:

The main floor is bright and open, with its own private entrance. The living room has comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, a gas-log fireplace and large shuttered windows, and it flows into the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.



Upstairs, both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the primary opens onto a private balcony with mountain views.



Primary bedroom: King bed, ceiling fan, private balcony access.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ceiling fan.

Bathrooms: full baths upstairs plus a half bath on the main level.

Kitchen: full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Keurig and drip coffee makers, cookware and BBQ tools.

Laundry: washer and dryer in the home.

Climate: central AC with a digital thermostat.



Outside, the private covered patio has a Weber gas BBQ. Two shared community pools within La Quinta Resort are included (we'll give you the gate code). Rental guests don't have tennis-court access.

The Neighborhood:

You're inside the La Quinta Resort community, with palm-lined streets, Spanish-style architecture and mountains all around. It's peaceful and well kept, and Old Town La Quinta's restaurants, cafes and shopping are 5 to 10 minutes away, as are the resort's golf courses and the Cove's hiking trails.



It's a quiet residential community with an HOA, so please respect the neighborhood rules and quiet hours.



Getting Around:

There's garage parking for two vehicles, plus room for one more in a designated guest space. Please don't park in front of the garage, and keep the garage door fully closed, as the HOA enforces this strictly. Main roads are easy to reach, golf, restaurants and shopping are a short drive, and rideshare is available.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

There is no private pool at the home, but guests have access to two shared resort-style pools within La Quinta Resort (we provide the gate code). Hours are generally 8:00am to 10:00pm - these can vary with HOA regulations or maintenance, so please check the times posted at the pool during your stay.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Access to the two shared resort pools is included at no extra charge.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is parking for two vehicles in the garage plus one additional vehicle in a designated space. Parking in front of the garage is not permitted.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Unfortunately not - we are unable to accept pets at this property.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. La Quinta Resort is a residential gated community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



Please note that there is no carbon monoxide alarm at the property.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
