Townhouse Upscale 3 Camera 3 bagni, Amazing view

  • Questa è una bella casa con due piani che si trova proprio accanto al fianco della montagna. E 'arredo spaziosa, accogliente, con pavimenti in granito Burrow in tutto, tranne che per le camere. Si trova vicino a una delle piscine comunità con 12 completi servizi Jacuzzi. Ci sono due camere da letto al piano di sotto e uno al piano di sopra. Le camere dispongono di TV a schermo piatto con un grande schermo piatto nel soggiorno.

    La Clubhouse è a pochi passi. La Clubhouse ha una grande piscina per bambini con una voce di pendenza, tartarughe schizzando acqua e beccucci che sparano verso l'alto dal piano di calpestio di cemento facendo un effetto a cascata per i bambini.

    La grande piscina per adulti è accanto alla piscina per bambini in modo che mamma possa guardare i suoi figli in piscina accanto a lei. Ci sono molti Cabanas intorno ad ogni piscina in caso si vuole uscire dal sole. Essi sono primo arrivato, primo servire.

    La piscina olimpionica è lunga e larga e progettato per il vero nuotatore. Vi è un completo centro fitness nella Clubhouse che anche ha la sua propria TV collegato a ogni pezzo di equipaggiamento.

    Il grill alla clubhouse è aperto durante la stagione e serve buon cibo.

This villa has a good configuration for a group of friends- everyone has lots of privacy. The location of the unit at the foot of the mountain is amazing!

Wonderful!

Clean, comfortable property on a beautiful gated community with nice pools. The house is well cared for and Manager very responsive. The home is rt up against a small, impressive hill backdrop. We could stroll along the hill and walk through the community and enjoy. Looking forward to visiting again.

We rented this property for a month. There were a few glitches but they were fixed in a timely manner. The furniture and carpet are dated but comfortable.

Spacious, Great layout, R

We always love staying at the Legacy Villas. This was our first time in this floor layout and it was great. We had 4 adults and 2 children stay comfortably here. We prefer having a 2 car garage so this was perfect for us. While there were some smaller issues (ie, no umbrella or shade for the back patio, pillows were not comfortable), this was acknowledged and addressed by the management company in a timely manner.

Dated and Shabby

This unit could be in the poorest condition of any unit that I've stayed at over the last 10+ years. The furniture looks like it came from Goodwill. The couches are old and broken down. The linens in the bedroom are shabby and the pillows are dirty. There's water damage in the bathroom, and all of the appointments of this place are hodgepodge. Keep looking for a better place.

Great property!

In one word our stay in this property was FAN-TAS-TIC! It was spacious, clean, and had everything one needs to feel at home. We were able to make a lot of our meals at home as the kitchen was outfitted not like a rental, but like one's own kitchen. The 3 bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) were perfect for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable. The weather did not require that we use A/C but it's good to know they have it in case it gets hot. The garage was great since we had a rental car. We were amazed by how quiet it was and had great sleeps. The view on the mountain made it feel very private and was great to look at every day. Many pools (and hot tubs) throughout the resort, with pool towels provided by the owner. The gated resort is very well maintained. The owner was extremely responsive and always answered any email in a timely manner. They gave clear instructions for check in/out and accommodated our late check out request. I would definitely stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation in the palm springs area - close to everything yet secluded.

Quiet location next to pool

Roomy unit steps away from the pool. Large patio that faces the mtn. makes it nice and quiet. Well-stocked kitchen. Furniture could use an update but was still comfortable. Large dining table for 6. Pool towels available but no pool toys or rafts etc. so bring your own. Overall good stay.

Quiet property, nice pools, great townhouse

the location of this property is excellent, gated community, very safe, quiet: it backs up to the gorgeous mountains, beautiful view. pool within steps of the townhouse. the main pool is super nice. we were there the week of Thanksgiving and you wouldn't know it, it was so nice and quiet and peaceful, plenty of space to spread out at the pools. the townhouse is well appointed and in great condition. check in and check out were very simple and easy. we will definitely want to stay at this property and location again.

Quick Getaway

After a thorough search for a vacation home, we decided on this property, and it was not disappointing. The house is immaculate and furnished with comfortable furnishings. Amazing Place to Stay!

It is rare that a rental property is actually better than the pictures. This was absolutely the case. Amazing, spacious, well equipped and spotless unit in a great community. One of the many pools was close by. Unit was well stocked and extremely comfortable. We will for sure be back.
