The Santa Rosa Mountains catch the first light of morning from your private backyard, their peaks shifting through shades of amber and gold as the desert day begins. By evening, the glow of the fire pit reflects off the pool`s surface while the stars sharpen overhead - a setting that makes it easy to forget the outside world entirely. Tucked within PGA West in La Quinta, this three-bedroom home is built around outdoor living, easy gathering, and the kind of slow pace that a desert stay does best.

Indoor living
Inside, open and comfortable spaces make it easy to settle in. The living room features a large sofa - which also converts into a queen bed - centered around a 75` TV, with plenty of room for board games or winding down after a full day. High-speed Wifi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace are available for anyone who needs to stay connected. Air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable no matter the time of day.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms and the living room. The primary suite has a king bed, a TV, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the outdoor areas. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed and TV, while Bedroom 3 includes two full beds, a TV, and a vanity desk. The living room sofa converts into a queen bed for additional flexibility. Extra pillows and blankets, bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage are provided throughout.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for real cooking - fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the basics you need. A large island seats four, making it a natural gathering spot for morning coffee or a shared meal. Both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig are ready to go. When the weather calls for it, move the meal outside to the outdoor dining area.

Bathrooms & laundry
Two and a half bathrooms serve the home, including an en-suite in the primary bedroom. Bathrooms are stocked with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, with hot water and a bathtub available. A washer and dryer are on-site for longer stays.

Outdoor living
The private, fully fenced backyard is where this home earns its reputation. The pool is available year-round and open 24 hours - during summer months it naturally reaches 85-95°F, and heating is available October through May for $50 per day. The private hot tub is complimentary to heat and available any time. A patio with outdoor furniture, a fire pit, a BBQ grill with barbecue utensils, and a dedicated outdoor dining area round out the space.

Entertainment
The garage game room brings a separate layer of fun, with a ping pong table, game console, and arcade-style activities. Board games are available inside, and a crib and Pack `n play/Travel crib can be arranged on request - making this home a strong fit for families and mixed groups alike.

Location
Situated within PGA West, the home is a short walk from Ernie`s Bar and Grill and a short drive from local golf courses, shopping, and dining along Highway 111. Guests have access to the entire home via a private entrance with self check-in using a keypad.

Things to know
Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is by 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra charge if the schedule allows. The home uses keyless entry - a unique code is issued before arrival and changes with every reservation. A mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. The home operates under HOA noise limit requirements. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy music outdoors. We do not recommend shipping packages to the property, as we cannot be responsible for deliveries. No cats; certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. Exterior security cameras are present at the front door and above the garage facing the street.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
