Rental Terms & What’s Included
Average household utility usage is included in the monthly rental rate. A specific utility allowance and full disclosure of what is included will be provided in the rental terms prior to booking.

Usage exceeding the stated utility allowance will be the guest’s responsibility. Additional energy usage associated with heating or cooling the home, heating the spa, and use of the outdoor fireplace may result in additional charges as outlined in the rental agreement.

Because this property is offered exclusively as a 31+ day furnished rental, a full rental agreement and security deposit are required. All rental terms, utility allowances, deposit requirements and applicable additional charges will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to the start of the rental period.
