Overlooking the 15th hole of the Stadium course where you can watch the annual PGA West American Express tournament from your back patio! Wonderful mountain and golf course views are yours in this furnished, designer upgraded home. The remodeled master bathroom has a spa-like feel with dual sinks, slab granite counters, custom tile work in the walk-in shower and a private patio. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and covered patio area, a perfect spot to end the day dining with friends watching the shadows on the Santa Rosa Mountains as the sun goes down. Featuring an updated kitchen with newer KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, a gas range, slab granite counters & backsplash, and a sit-down breakfast bar. PGA west is guard gated, and provides multiple golf courses. PGA Registered Golf Cart with transponder for only $795/30 days pending availability.

Front row seats for the American Express Golf Tournament. Multiple community pools close by. The property features 3 spacious bedrooms, a large open kitchen, family room, 2 car garage, laundry room. For the chef, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances. The oversized en-suite master bedroom. PGA West is a world class golf destination featuring 9 World Renowned golf courses.

Enjoy fresh salads, sandwiches and light fare in the relaxed dining room – or out on the patio with the fire pit. Max of 3 cars. You must provide the name of 3 drivers designated to 3 cars. Include make, model, and license plate of each of the 3 vehicles. No trailers, no oversized vans ie Sprinter vans or similar models are not allowed The minimum age for responsible renter is 25 This home has a 31 night minimum therefore there is no short term rental permit.

This property do not have a short term rental permit and rents for a 31 night minimum. Rentspree application required and approved based on the report by the owner.
Weekly housekeeping service is not provided. However, can be added at the guests expense upon request. A refundable utility deposit of $2,000 is required. Guests will receive a $500 utility credit, and the guest is responsible for gas and electricity above $500 total per month. Any gas or electricity used above $500 will be charged against the deposit.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit. No Cats Allowed.

The desert has extreme temperatures, including sustained daytime temperatures of over 100 degrees. With such high temperatures, ACs can struggle to cool homes by more than 25 degrees. Boatman bugs are common in pools with biologically safe water. If food is left out, ants will come, and if doors are left open, flies will come.
These are a part of life in the desert and not grounds for a refund.
We use the top pest control, pool cleaners, and home cleaners in the area. Please contact us if you have an issue, and we will do our best to assist.
When it's windy, a perfectly clean pool will not remain perfectly clean for long

Please be aware that PGA WEST employs sensors throughout the community to monitor speed limits. The speed limit in most areas is 20 MPH. If your vehicle is detected speeding, tickets and fines will be issued based on readings from the sensors. Please pay attention to the speed limits. If you continue to speed, the remote sensors will record it and issue a speeding citation that will remain valid for several weeks. You will be responsible for paying the fine. Therefore, please avoid speeding and pay attention to the speed limits.

Wonderful place!

PGA west is a fabulous neighborhood. This unit looks north and sits on the stadium golf course. Nice view of those la Quinta mountains! Condo is well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The property manager (everyday luxury) is mostly ok. The owner Robert is fantastic. A real pleasure. You’ll enjoy this three bedroom two bath condo.
