  • Comodo e spazioso 1.288 mq. Ft. Condominio - 2 Camere da letto, 2 bagni completamente ristrutturato e situato sul Corso Torneo Nicklaus. Questa unità Turn-Key è tranquillo e riservato, situata al piano superiore con soffitti alti in Soggiorno / sala da pranzo.

    Central Air / Riscaldamento, Saltillo piastrelle in tutto con tappeti nelle camere da letto. Ventilatori a soffitto nelle camere da letto e sala da pranzo. Via cavo e Wi-Fi incluso anche .... Basta portare i vestiti, Golf Club, Tennis Racchette e Biciclette.

    Camera da letto ha un letto Cal King, HD TV con cavo e un grande armadio. Bagno Master ha 2 rame Lavelli, un over-size vasca da bagno con una doccia e un altro grande armadio, ha anche una zona WC separate per la privacy. La seconda camera comprende un letto matrimoniale, TV e grande armadio ed è collegato ad un bagno completo con doccia, un'altra porta si collega questo Bagno con il corridoio.

    Il soggiorno comprende un televisore HD, via cavo e lettore DVD, libri, riviste, illuminazione ad incasso e un sacco di posti a sedere. La cucina comprende elettrodomestici inox, tra cui un frigorifero con acqua filtrata e un Ice Maker, un forno a microonde e lavastoviglie. La cucina è anche fornita di bicchieri, tazze di caffè in tutte le forme e dimensioni, piatti, pentole e padelle, utensili, piatti da portata, macchina caffè, tostapane, tutto si può pensare di più, si sarà in grado di trovare in uno dei cassetti. C'è un bar High Top Collegato alla cucina con 2 Sgabelli bar ei sedili Dining Room 6. C'è un bar Intrattenimento in Living Room, comprende Ice Secchi, Wine Rack, ecc ... lenzuola, asciugamani, teli piscina anche fornito, questa Unità comprende anche una lavanderia separata e asciugatrice zona. 2 grandi porte scorrevoli in vetro si prende fuori al balcone dove è possibile guardare golfisti giocare By, Patio Include Posti a sedere per 5, e un barbecue a gas Grill.

The place was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay there as it was right on the golf course and morning coffee was exciting watching the golfers struggle with the large bunker on this hole. Kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed. Bedrooms were great and the fact we could use the garage was excellent. Only recommendation would be to place some curtains/blinds/shutters on the living/dining room windows to help block out that strong morning sun.

Host was welcoming. The lock box was very difficult to get into. The wifi didn't work for the first couple of days and the TVs were complicated to get working.The place itself was lovely.

Great for golfers

Couldn’t have a picked a better relaxing location. Great spot in PGA West near all the courses. Place was clean and well maintained. Loved that there are several pools in the community.

Great Condo

Truly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful condo in great location. Had a small issue with the shower and Nancy promptly got it taken care of. We will definitely consider this condo again the next time we head to the Desert.

Golf course view with comfortable outdoor furniture.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. This place is by far the best stocked home we’ve ever stayed at. The owner Nancy was exceptionally easy and friendly to deal with. We would definitely rent from again. Thanks Nancy

Great condo

This condo was really nice and the owner supplied everything that you would need for your stay. It was a very quiet neighborhood and the master bed was very comfortable. The owner was also quick to respond to any questions. We would highly recommend this condo.

Enjoyed stay

Had a wonderful stay. Experienced a couple glitches, but they were promptly addressed. Only recommendations are to fix slow draining sink in smaller bedroom and clean the duvet on that bed (has a couple stains).

Always Wonderful Experience!

This is our 2nd visit to the property and it was a fantastic experience. We are in our late 50's and we like to have a resort hotel experience but like the convenience of this condo. I am very picky about things being right-nice linens, firm beds, proper kitchen equipment and this place has everything we need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. PGA West can't be beat for a luxury resort and we are runners and hikers and it is close to many trails and out of the hectic hustle of Palm Springs. We will be back, thank you!

Great place for our family of four

We really enjoyed our stay and the communication with the property manager was great. The only thing that we got turned around about was getting into the neighborhood. PGA West has entrances for those with remote access, but guests need to go through a gate manned by security. Our GPS took us to a gate we couldn't get into, so we had to put "PGA West" into it so we could find the right gate.

We stayed at this property for 10 nights because we were attending a horse show in Thermal. It’s in a great location. The main issue we had was the lack of cleanliness. The washing machine is old- when it washes anything, it leaves soap marks on your clothes. I noticed this on the sheets and comforter. When I tried to spot clean it, I pulled back the comforter noticed hair everywhere on the flat sheet. I decided to change the bedding and realized the mattress protector was in very poor condition (horridly stained). The pillows were exactly the same. I reached out to the owner and suggested she order a new mattress protector and also pillow protectors/new pillows. It took about 5 days for the items to arrive. The owner had the cleaners come back and remake the bed. I asked for a partial refund of the cleaning fee and was ignored.

Tennis tournament

2nd time staying in this condo. It was nice and clean and worked well for the two of us. The lock box where the key is stored is very difficult to open, especially when checking in later in the day. Also , there are no lights on the steep step’s going up to the front door.

Enjoyable Experience

It is hard to beat the location and cleanliness of this condo. We enjoyed having sundowners on the patio overlooking the 5th fairway on the Nicklaus Tournament course. The kitchen is recently remodeled and fully equipped. The owners are easy to work with, flexible and very prompt in answering questions. The only suggestions I have is to check the drain for the master bath on left side as very slow draining and the master tub/shower could use some anti-slip strips on bottom as it's very easy to slip with stepping over the tub side when wet and getting out. Very enjoyable experience and one to come back for again.

Nice place to stay with one pretty big caveat

Our stay was pretty much what we expected, as we have stayed at PGA West before. The unit was as advertised - clean, well-stocked, quiet, and comfortable. Minor things to be aware of - the dining room/balcony furniture is heavy and it is hard to pull out/push in chairs without making a racket (I’d be a little ticked if I lived under the unit). The unit gets a lot of morning sun and there are no curtains, so the living/dining room gets very warm unless you crank up the a/c. The blinds in the master bedroom are heavy but must be manually raised to let light in as the wand is broken. Our major “complaint” involved the lighting. Upon arrival, the living room lights, the dining room lights, and all but one kitchen light did not work. We contacted the owners and they were responsive, arranging for repair people to come out that day. The repair people came out and fixed the problem, which was a good thing because it would have been very difficult to use the lightless rooms once the sun went down for games, cards, etc. However, the same lights went out about a week later - on a Friday. This time, the owner was not so responsive. We were told the repair people were not available that weekend and repairs would have to wait until Monday. A unit with working lights is pretty fundamental; other repair people should have been called in. The fact that the owners apparently didn't agree left a bad taste in our mouths.
