  • The closest residence to the Greg Norman clubhouse, this 4BR/4.5BA utopia boasts a mountain-view backyard complete with a luxe heated pool and spa.

    With over 3,500 square feet of upscale living space, your stately Spanish Colonial retreat is comprised of a 3BR/3.5BA main house as well as a detached casita. Prepare delicious dishes in the chef's kitchen, or step out to the loggia for a poolside cookout.

    MAIN HOUSE

    High ceilings highlight the Great Room, detailed with a gas fireplace, a 65in smart TV, and a sectional. A convenient wet bar features a wine fridge and bar seating for three. The den offers another space to unwind, furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and 65in smart TV.

    An entertainer's dream, the chef's kitchen is configured with granite countertops and professional-grade stainless steel appliances -- including a double oven. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar for four, or gather at the dining table for eight.
    Sleep soundly in the plush primary suite, appointed with a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, direct, loggia access, and a pool-view office area. The en-suite bath includes a double vanity, a separate water closet, a walk-in shower, and a deep jetted soaking tub.

    The second suite has two twin beds, a smart TV, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The third suite features a king bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. A half bath adds convenience.

    CASITA

    The detached casita is a light-filled studio with a king bed, a smart TV, and a beverage bar with a water boiler and mini-fridge. The bath is fitted with a tub/shower combination.

    OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

    Beautifully landscaped, the palm-studded backyard presents stunning southern views of the golf course, pond, and mountains beyond, as well as spectacular sunsets.

    Soak up the sun by the pool and spa while burgers sizzle on the impressive natural gas grill. A lovely loggia provides plenty of alfresco dining and lounging space.

    EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

    Complimentary Wi-Fi and a dedicated laundry room with a sink and full-size washer/dryer are provided. Tankless water heaters ensure unlimited hot water.

    Parking for two vehicles in the driveway and two in the garage. Overnight street parking is prohibited.



    All leases require a minimum 30-day term.

Home Away From Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed in this beautiful home. I would consider staying in this home to be an experience of a lifetime. My granddaughter ran through the house after traveling in a car from Washington yelling how amazing the home was! We loved the entire experience - from the awesome family room where we enjoyed watching our shows - the super comfy beds - to spending time in the hot tub and the pool. If you are looking for a company and business that cares about you and your experience - then this is it! We worked from the casita during the day and walked through the neighborhood at night enjoying every minute . Mike was awesome - if we had a concern he addressed it immediately with professionalism and courtesy. Can’t wait to stay here again!! Thank you for such an amazing time!! My grand children and I thank you for making this memory so enjoyable for us!

Upon arrival 12/05/2022 at 81385 Kingston Heath, The Greg Norman PGA WEST 4O o'clock pm,we found the following: The screens on front and casita doors were broken, windows throughout were dirty, all carpets had stains and dirty, linens for master bedroom only none for the eight other guests, blinds were dirty, never cleaned throughout the house, blinds on front door were broken, light bulbs out in living areas, air filters were dirty and had not been changed, the casita heat pump stopped working in the middle of the night, repair company called to repair it said " the system had not been maintained ", casita shower head leak was patched with gray duct tape, casita bathroom sink faucets were leaking inside the cabinet beneath, back bathroom sink faucets worn out and leaking, baseboard behind toilet in the back bathroom was damaged due to a leaky toilet seal, outdoor patio furniture was torn, worn out and very dirty, barbecue outside was found very dirty with a substantial grease build up, garage was dirty and dusty, old couch in garage blocked access for car, the batteries for vacuum cleaner and blower were old not rechargeable, pool and spa dirty, apparently not been on regular pool cleaning service ever, pool and spa equipment in the same condition, pool and spa has taken two and one half days to reach temperature promised. I have many photos to backup all of this mess.
