Setting the Standard by AvantStay | Luxury Villa

For over 75 years, screen stars and dignitaries have escaped the limelight by retreating to the lush hideaway of the nearby La Quinta Resort & Club. The Legacy Villas has incorporated the best of La Quinta into a lush resort comprised of Spanish Hacienda-style Villas with sloping red-tiled roofs hanging over whitewashed plaster walls amidst an oasis of sparkling pools and fountains.

The villas, resembling a 5-Star Hotel, are luxuriously furnished in early California decor and boast 10ft. ceilings and 2082 sq. ft. of space. Soaking tubs, rich maple wood cabinetry, granite counters, and stone tile floors add to the opulent spa-like ambiance.

Just steps outside your Villa, the swimming options abound with 12 private saltwater pools and 11 relaxing jacuzzis, including a dedicated lap pool, a tranquil adult pool, and the ultimate family pool and play area with its beach-like entry, turtle fountains, and resort cabanas (free of charge). The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside café, and state-of-the-art fitness facility round out the spectacular Clubhouse at the heart of the resort. (The lavish Clubhouse is also available as an event site for hosting weddings, anniversary parties, and birthday celebrations). Additionally, it has an expansive lawn that is perfect for kids.

Nestled in the breathtaking Santa Rosa Mountains, this Villa's location in the community is prime. Legacy is a 3-bedroom, two-story townhome featuring a ground-floor primary suite and guest suites. It is one of the most private rentals in Legacy Villas at La Quinta, tucked back along the perimeter trail, next to a semi-private pool, yet only a 2-minute walk to the main clubhouse area and family pools. The private patio is right next to the mountain, where you can relax in the sun and grill your favorite dishes on our outdoor BBQ.

This large open-floor plan villa has set the standard, and no one can compare. It is designed for the entire family to enjoy and allows lots of privacy. The living area has a large, comfy sectional to relax and watch your favorite TV, light a fire for the cooler desert winter nights, or read your favorite book while looking at the mountains outside your windows.

The galley-style kitchen is set up with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for those who want a quick bite to eat, a coffee station, and lots of kitchen dishware for those family dinners.

The ground-level primary suite has its own fireplace, double French doors leading out to the balcony, his and hers closets and sinks, and a large soaking tub. It is awaiting your arrival.

Make your way up the iron staircase to the additional primary suite, which offers high ceilings, a coffee station, a large bathroom with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a king-size bed.

The additional guest bedroom located on the bottom floor is private. It has a queen bed with views of the lush landscaping grounds, a private bathroom with a soaking tub, dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and lots of space to unpack and stay awhile.

Enjoy doing any laundry with a full-size washer and dryer and a laundry room sink to soak those stubborn stains.

Sit in the front patio area and watch the birds fly around the immaculately landscaped grounds.

Home Truths:

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

Just what we needed

It was a lovely, clean, well appointed property that was better than we expected! The coffee maker was not working and was replaced in lightning speed. The service was great, the communication and the amenities were outstanding. I'll be staying here again!

Legacy Villas

This property was very dirty when we arrived. We had to vacuum the couch because it was covered in dog hair. The furniture is worn out especially the couch and outdoor furniture. An outside end table is literally falling apart. We love the legacy villas have stayed there before but this particular unit needs updates.
