The backyard is an entertainer’s dream and one of the largest rear lots in PGA West, featuring a huge saltwater, solar-heated pool with multiple water features, spa, 7-hole putting green, misting system, music entertainment system, fire pit, and an outdoor covered kitchen with BBQ area. The patio lounge creates the perfect setting for sunset dining and evenings under the desert sky, surrounded by the beauty of La Quinta.

Inside, the home offers warm, inviting spaces designed for connection and comfort. ●Pool and spa: Smart automation system with easy spa control (pool heating: $125/day, spa heating is complimentary). The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously as is normal with most pool/spa systems. The heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating, we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use.

***Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances.
We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.***

--- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES ---

1. As per City of La Quinta Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor noise amplification or music is PROHIBITED at all times of the day. Additionally, Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices which will alert our team if outside noise becomes unreasonable.

2. Spa heating is complimentary; however, pool heating is extra. $125/day. The pool will be heated to 85 degrees. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, as the heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool heating, we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use. If you’d like the pool heated, we require a 24-hour advanced notice to give the pool ample time to heat. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR for the entire duration of your stay if it`s less than 3 days.

3. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

4. Minimum 25 years of age to book.

5. No more than 5 vehicles allowed on the property. Garage parking is available.

6. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.

7. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750.

8. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.

9. An additional cleaning fee of $160 applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. This fee is payable promptly following booking confirmation.

10. The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 9–13 and April 16–20, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 23–27, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.
