The Space:
What sets our villa the most apart from other rentals at Legacy Villas is our prime location. With only one shared wall, this villa has unobstructed views to the south and west directly at the Santa Rosa Mountains and the beautiful desert floor below. Our guests love the privacy of this villa and the convenient proximity to all the main amenities this resort has to offer. Located in the only stand alone building south of the club house and outdoor wedding space, if you happen to be visiting Legacy Villas for nuptials, this villa puts you steps away from all the preparation and wedding day activities that your big day requires.

If relaxation is what you’re looking for, imagine wandering the resort grounds, under the bougainvillea-covered gardens, past the fountains, before returning to your villa to enjoy a glass of wine as you watch another famous La Quinta sunset behind the Santa Rosa Mountains. Guest Access:
All of our guests are greeted by the security guard at the guard gate, and only registered guests are allowed entrance. Registered guests have full access to the resort's many beautiful pools and hot tubs, club house, cabañas and well appointed gym from 6am to 10pm. Access to the house is keyless and your personal entrance code to open the door will be sent prior to your arrival. Please note that there is a video doorbell that records entrance and exit to the house. (THERE ARE NO CAMERAS ON THE INTERIOR SPACE)

Legacy Villas is an exclusive gated resort community a short walk away from the Waldorf La Quinta Resort and quick drive to Old Town La Quinta, dozens of world-class golf courses, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens for the BNP Paribas, and one of the closest resorts to the Coachella, Stagecoach, and other festivals/events at the Empire Polo Club grounds.

The beautiful main pools, lap pool, gym, and clubhouse are a 1 minute walk from the house, and smaller pools and hot tubs are just steps away. This Villa is hands down the best location to Brides/Grooms looking to book for their wedding party. The Clubhouse and covered garden pergola where wedding ceremonies take place are steps away from our villa.

The community is secured by a security guard gate 24/7, and has great walking and running paths throughout. Guests at the entrance gate will require authorization to come in to the community.

On weekends during high season (*unless posted) the Legacy Grille serves up food and drinks by the main pool.

Getting Around:
We suggest our guests rent a car if they are not bringing their own vehicle. There is taxi/Uber/Lyft services in the area if you decide to go that route. Easy 15 minute walk to the Waldorf La Quinta Resort next door for festival shuttles, restaurants, golf, tennis, and shopping. There's parking for 1 cars allowed per rental unit (3 when renting the entire 3 unit Villa). There is ample parking just outside the villa. Larger "Sprinter" type vans or commercial vehicles area only allowed to park at the main security gate parking lot which is conveniently located next to this villa.

NOTE: Access to tennis court reservations may be prioritized for Waldorf Astoria guests during peak periods/high-demand.)

Only 3 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the BNP Paribas Open. Public TENNIS COURTS available at Fritz Burn Park.

A 10-minute non-stop ride to the festival grounds, the festival shuttle stop is located next door at the La Quinta Resort (8 minute walk gate to gate).

Our co-host can be available for anything you need and will greet you in person or via Face Time within 24 hours of your arrival. Villa Amor is self check-in and setup with everything you need to relax and unwind. We are available as needed but you will be left to enjoy this space as if it is your own during your stay.
