Questa bellissima casa con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni è perfetta per un weekend, un fine settimana di festa o per godersi lo splendido clima del deserto per alcune settimane mentre la neve si accumula a casa. L'ampio piano aperto è molto accogliente e offre molto spazio per grandi gruppi o famiglie.

Situato a pochi minuti da Coachella, The Polo Grounds, Old Town La Quinta, PGA West e innumerevoli altri campi da golf di classe mondiale.

Lo spazio

La casa ha molti aggiornamenti ed è stata arredata con gusto. La master suite è giù per le scale e ha un ampio patio. Le 2 camere degli ospiti sono al piano superiore 1 delle quali ha anche un patio privato.

Lo spazio all'aperto offre innumerevoli aree per godersi il clima caldo e le splendide viste sulle montagne e sugli alberi circostanti. La piscina di acqua salata personalizzata e la vasca idromassaggio sono circondate da un paesaggio lussureggiante e molte sedie a sdraio per godersi il sole. C'è anche una buca per il fuoco quando vuoi goderti un po 'di osservazione delle stelle di notte.

Puerta Azul offre anche:
Campo da tennis, bocce, centro fitness, biliardo e ping pong. Hai anche accesso a 2 grandi piscine comunitarie e vasche idromassaggio.

Questo è il più vicino possibile a Coachella. Situato a circa 2 miglia dietro il campo del festival, rendendo il traffico molto più semplice evitando le principali folle di autostrade.

PGA West è a soli 5 minuti di auto da qui e offre accesso a più campi da golf di calibro PGA e strutture per la pratica.

Inoltre vicino al centro storico La Quinta e La Quinta Resort and Spa per una giornata di coccole.

We celebrated husband's 60th with our adult children, fun by the pool during the day and Stagecoach at night. A perfect place to stay, well stocked kitchen, great bbq, comfortable beds. All was great!

We have stayed at this property several times and it is one of our favourites. We love the location and community and the property is very clean and stocked with everything needed for any length of stay. The outdoor area is large and includes a beautiful pool and spa and gas fireplace. John is an excellent host who responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. We will definitely be booking this property again.

House was extremely clean and as advertised. Very reliable communication with John made the stay easy with check-in/outs. Great place to stay with friends or family. Lovely backyard. House is in a beautiful subdivision and it was quiet at all hours. Parking was convenient for guests. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Our family (4 adults and two children under 4) spent a delightful week at this well equipped home in La Quinta. The house is roomy, well laid out and quiet. We stayed in the master on the main floor and never heard the grandchildren playing upstairs. The beds are comfy and firm and the towels were nice and thick. The high chair was very much appreciated along with the multiple options for blenders and coffee makers! We didn't visit the exercise room or use the communal pools or courts - our pool was more than enough for us to enjoy. The house has enough shade plus two umbrellas so you can actually enjoy the outside and not get fried by the sun. We totally enjoyed hanging out with our grandchildren at Villa Puerta Azul!

Place is awesome!!!! Pool area beautiful very quiet and peaceful. John our host was perfect always responding to questions etc… definitely would say this will always be on top our list when we come back should it be available. Just a note that the outdoor grill probably should be replaced but it operated very nicely.

If you want a quiet, and peaceful getaway in the desert this is a nice place for you. The neighborhood is very quiet we only saw one other person in the neighborhood our last visit here. To enter the gated community you must enter the access code given by the host but it’s a bit confusing so a little patience is required to enter. Just give the keypad time to register the code and eventually the gate will open. The home is as described and equipped with many of the things you will need. The kitchen pantry and refrigerator are stocked with useful items that we were glad were there because we forgot to bring them with us. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also clean and stocked with useful items like shampoo etc. our favorite part is that the home has its own pool. We have stayed at other similar communities in the area and we love the fact that we don’t need to rush to the community pool to get a spot with chairs or shade, it’s all right here for you and your family to enjoy peacefully and at any hour. Other places kick you out of the pool area at 10pm we were swimming with our kids and enjoying the jacuzzi past midnight. The control panel to control the pool and jacuzzi lights and waterfall and heater is a little tricky but with a little tinkering around you will figure it out. The host will respond in a timely manner to answer any questions you my need answered. we enjoyed our stay here so much that we booked it again 5 weeks later and our family enjoyed it again!

My husband and I have been renting homes in Palm Desert and La Quinta for over a decade, and no exaggeration, this was the nicest rental we’ve ever had! The property is beyond 5-star luxurious!!!! And whenever I had a question, John replied instantly! We have only fabulous things to say about our stay with zero complaints. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Based on the description, I thought it was 3 full bathrooms, but it was actually 2 full bathrooms, and one half bath. Mercifully, that distinction didn't affect us much. Opening the gate to enter the property requires the callbox which dials the owner, who is mostly responsive but there were two instances where that was not the case, and we had to wait at the gate for a bit of time.

Great house, great yard, great host. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The yard is beautiful with a really nice pool and spa. John is a great host and all communication was excellent. Our favourite place to stay in Puerta Azul.

Rental is as advertised or better. The unit is on a back corner so there is lots of privacy and quiet. Outdoor space is great. Pool was warm and spa was hot. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked. Huge washer/drier. We didn’t come up with any qualm. We never used the community pool nor recreation area but they looked nice.

The pictures of the house were spot on to what we experienced. The property is very comfortable and the backyard was great. We enjoyed the pool and spa. No issues at all. Very nice stay. One interesting aspect of the property is that the backyard wall is lower than expected which impacted the level of privacy when the shades were open inside the house. Not an issue, more of an observation.
