Crossing and bright, it opens onto a magnificent green garden where you can enjoy a small sunny swimming pool, deckchairs and a plancha for aperitifs and meals that last until the evening.

On the first floor, you will find a garage overlooking the alley, ideal for storing bicycles or motorbikes, as well as a large new fully equipped kitchen.
A large convivial table allows you to share beautiful meals with family or friends.
The room is nice and cool in summer and opens directly onto a beautiful wooden terrace shaded by a superb wisteria, perfect for outdoor dining.

On the first floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a large cozy living room opening onto a second terrace overlooking the garden.

On the second floor, three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms offer all the space you need to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

Located on the heights of the historic center of La Réole, the house allows you to do everything on foot: market, cafes, restaurants, wine bar, cinema and bookstore.
Between the wine route and a terroir rich in flavours, it is the ideal place to meet, rest and enjoy the sweetness of life in the South-West.
