A little slice of greenery and tranquility right in the heart of the city!<br>Whether you’re visiting for a business meeting, a trip lasting a few days or weeks, or just for vacation, this pied-à-terre will provide you with all the comfort you need in a serene setting, so you can travel light.<br><br>In this studio, you’ll find: <br><br><br>- A large, high-quality 140-size bed<br><br>- A comfortable bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet <br><br>- A small, well-equipped kitchen and a dining table with all the necessary tableware<br><br>- All linens: bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen linens<br><br>- Wi-Fi access on a dedicated network<br>- Storage cabinets and a closet<br><br>- Coffee, tea, and herbal tea are provided free of charge<br><br>.<br>Access by car is easy—no traffic jams, and there’s always plenty of parking available. <br>Depending on how busy we are, we may even be able to provide you with access to a private parking lot.<br><br><br>We’re all about cleanliness! <br><br>We pay special attention to keeping the place spotless.<br> Our bedding is brand new, and we provide two sets of everything: 2 pillowcases, 2 fitted sheets, and 2 duvet covers. Everything is systematically changed and washed at a high temperature after every stay. <br>Yessss, that’s just how we are :-).<br><br><br>Access to the studio is through a flower-filled garden, where enjoying a hot morning drink right at the edge will be a real treat!<br><br><br>To accommodate the wishes of the vast majority of our guests, smoking is prohibited in our properties, and pets are strictly prohibited.
