“This property is not how it is portrayed on the web. Upon arriving it appeared the exterior grounds outside the cabins were not maintained. I can say that the inside was clean and cozy. There are no televisions in the property, which I knew so we brought our own. Although the kitchen has a stove there is no oven.. There are two old chairs on the front "porch" area. One of the chairs had a exposed rusty nail that my wife did not notice until she sat down and cut her leg. When we went to the area...

“Love the views and the wildlife”

“The house was great, but very hard to find on a dark and rainy night via a gravel road about 15 - 20 minutes outside of town. Because we had so many activities crammed into our two days in Moab, we were at the house only to sleep. Next time we'll plan better so we can just relax and be able to enjoy the lovely property. ”

“The cabin was very accommodating for our group. We were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday and had a group of 11 people ranging in ages from 9 months to 60. There were quite a few spiders as mentioned in other reviews, but I feel like that was to be expected considering the location of the property. The only negative aspect was that the hot tub never did get hot. It stayed at a barely like warm temperature. All in all, we really enjoyed the property and plan to return in the future. ”

“Sagewood is just as pictured - compact but very comfortable. It is peaceful, quiet and private. The well stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom is well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, eating on the patio while looking at the stars and surrounding views. “The property and cabin were beautiful. The environment is amazing. I was really disappointed with the bed, though. For the cost of 250 per night, I expected a bed that did not feel like I was sleeping on a rock. Neither my husband nor I was able to sleep, which made the rest of the stay less enjoyable since we were so tired. We travel quite a bit, and this has been the worst bed we have ever slept on, even worse than going camping and sleeping on the ground.”

“A beautiful glamping experience. Comfortable bed, “off the grid” (mostly), private bathroom with open sky as a roof, fire ring with s’mores makings provided, friendly host. The drive down into the canyon is not for the faint of heart. But once there the private tent is situated in the most remarkable setting - total beauty!”
