“This cabin is located in the middle of a national forest not far from the Colorado border in a remote location. It is surrounded by native vegetation and wildlife. While you are having breakfast, you can often see a family of deer grazing just outside the dining room. On our drive to town, we also came across a family of wild turkeys. “The cabin was very accommodating for our group. We were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday and had a group of 11 people ranging in ages from 9 months to 60. There were quite a few spiders as mentioned in other reviews, but I feel like that was to be expected considering the location of the property. The only negative aspect was that the hot tub never did get hot. It stayed at a barely like warm temperature. All in all, we really enjoyed the property and plan to return in the future. ”
