“Nice clean cottage right off the busy main street of moab. As mentioned, there were a few elm bugs, and some bees on the back deck, but the bed is comfortable and the wifi works well as well as the basics needed for the kitchen. It’s within walking distance of the shops, grocery and restaurants.”

“Great location, had everything we needed as a home base for a biking adventure in Moab. Check in/checkout was pleasant and easy. Comfortable and private considering how busy it was with the car show going on in town. Really hope we’re able to snag this place again soon. Love to see that this place has local ownership! “Myself, my husband, 5 sons and my parents all stayed. It’s a bit of a drive from town but we loved that about the location. Away from all the crowds and craziness. My boys loved being near and in the creek. It was nice to have some seclusion. The lodge is unique and rustic. It was a great accommodation for us.”

“My partner and I came out here for a anniversary getaway before the snow really started and we had a wonderful time! The cabin had all of the essentials we need and the bed was super comfy. It was super close to town and had great views! We did get directed to the wrong neighborhood using apple maps so i would recommend using google maps!”

“Overall we loved spending our honeymoon here! The yard was perfect and so was the place. The wifi was a but spotty and the cars on the highway can be a bit loud but overall it was perfect location and place to stay for Moab adventures. Would definitely stay again!!”

“We visited with a group of seven to go offroading. We had two trucks and two trailers and the lot had plenty of room for both trucks and trailers. We had plenty of room in the house for all of us, and the house was even better than the pictures showed. We enjoyed our evenings sitting out by the fire, looking up at the La Sal Mountains in the background. Will definitely consider this house again for future stays.”

“This is such a great place outside Moab! It's in the Spanish Valley so a bit of a drive to Moab and the parks, but this was not a problem for me. The mountains and ranch were beautiful, and it was a fantastic place for my dog. Would definitely stay again!”

“Check in process came with map to easily locate unit. Awesome lil place for one adult and unit came stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Very clean unit and overall location, will keep them in mind for any future stays”

“The place was wonderful. I wish i could give 4 1/2 stars. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review is that both beds were extremely lumpy and the mattresses need to be replaced. Other than that we loved staying here. Close enough to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands that you could get there in 20-30 minutes but remote enough to be a nice getaway.”

“Fun twist and good rates. Location is a bit confusing at first. When we walked in I was so sad to see that they had painted over the great blue container walls inside. Now it's a boring white with a terrible paint job. Seriously one of the worst paint jobs I've seen. We had several issues starting with the email with check-in instructions not being sent until a few hours before check in. The email got snagged by my junk folder and we were on the road with spotty service anyway. Ended up having...

It is about 45 minutes outside of Moab, for those that are wondering what the commute will be like. But we didn’t mind it, it was worth it to be out of the tourist melee and enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains. 10/10, would stay here again.”
