The Cocoonr agency offers this charming duplex apartment for rent in the village of Le Bez in the commune of La Salle-les-Alpes, in the heart of the Serre Chevalier resort. It has two entrances in a typical old sheepfold, overlooking the Villeneuve ski lifts. Its 120 m² surface area can accommodate up to 11 adults and one baby.
Located on two levels, it consists of a magnificent 55 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms upstairs and three shower rooms. Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor (pedestrian entrance towards Villeneuve):

- A typical vaulted living room of 55 m² with a double sofa bed, TV lounge area, farmhouse table and baby chair.

- A fully equipped kitchen with: professional stove with 3 gas burners, including a simmer plate and electric oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, raclette machine, fondue set, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
- Separate laundry room with washing machine and household tools.

- Shower room with shower, double sink and toilet.

Upstairs (entrance hall and ski room, key box, opposite the former Le Pastelli restaurant):
- Ski room.
- Bedroom 1: two bunk beds (four single beds), cot, separate shower room and toilet.

- Bedroom 2: one double bed and one single bed in an alcove.
- Bedroom 3: one double bed.
- Shower room with WC.

Outside:
- A 15m² terrace accessible from the living room.
- A 10m² roof terrace accessible from bedroom 1.
- Deckchairs available to enjoy sunny days.

The picturesque Village du Bez, sheltered from traffic, overlooks the ski lifts to the left facing the Casse du Boeuf chairlift and to the right of the brand new Pontillas gondola lift, at the foot of the slopes. Unless you're going on a trip, you can leave your car behind, as all the essential shops, a mini-market, local produce shops, restaurants, bars, a Tuesday market, sports equipment hire and a nightclub are less than a 10-minute walk away, as are the valley shuttles to take you from Briançon to Le Monêtier.
