Cocoonr offers you the opportunity to rent La Gravière, an authentic 220 m² country house ideally located in the heart of the Serre Chevalier Vallée, in La Salle-les-Alpes. Perched at an altitude of 1400 metres, this exceptional residence will win you over with its perfect combination of strategic location and noble materials.

Designed for a car-free stay, it is located at the foot of the slopes at Place de l'Aravet, just a short distance from the village centre and its shops. With its generous size, large garden with trees and open fireplace, it's the perfect retreat for getting together with friends and family. It can accommodate up to 14 guests.

The location of the house means you can make the most of the resort whatever the season:

-Skiing and Snowboarding: return and departure on skis thanks to the immediate proximity of the Place de l'Aravet and the ski lifts.
Local life: food shops, bakeries, mini-markets, sports shops and numerous restaurants in the village centre, all less than 2 minutes' walk away.
-Nature: hiking trails, mountain bike circuits and trail courses starting from the property

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, there are two private parking spaces in front of the store.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:

-Nearest train station: Briançon station, about 15 minutes' drive away.
-Resort shuttle buses: run regularly in the valley to the other villages of Serre Chevalier
