## Logement
My studio is charming and well equipped! It can accommodate 3 people and is composed of a living space with a sleeping area with a single bed and a double bed, and a sitting area with a television and a dining area; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; and a bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment faces south.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Kettle, Toaster.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

You will also have a balcony which offers a magnificent VIEW on the MOUNTAIN as well as on the ski and hiking trails!

A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

My accommodation is located near several ski rental stores such as "SPORT 2000 SPORT'S MOUNTAIN" (2 minutes walk) and "SPORTRENT Serre Chevalier 1400"(4 minutes). It is also at the foot of the slopes and the cable cars (Casse du Bœuf, Clôt du Lièvre): it is even possible to arrive by ski to the accommodation! Various bars, restaurants and stores can be found in the vicinity. The Tourist Office is only 4 minutes walk from the accommodation! For your daily shopping, you will find the Carrefour Montagne at 4 minutes by car.

You can enjoy the mountains and the snow by going cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or sledding.

Enjoy the summer activities too! The resort is appreciated by hikers and everyone else for its numerous sports and outdoor activities. The famous aquatic center "Les Grands Bains de Monêtier" is less than 10 minutes away by car.

## Emplacement
The village is located in the heart of the Guisane valley, close to the Ecrins National Park, in the ski area of Serre-Chevalier. You will discover a marvellous landscape during your skiing or hiking sessions, as well as a rich heritage, in particular the church of Saint Marcellin.

From the TGV station of Oulx (Italy) : 45 min by car.
From Modane or Grenoble TGV station: 2h by bus.
