Welcome to the Perche region! This 160 m² house, next door to the owners (independent access), is located in a small village in the Perche region, surrounded by fields, forests, streams, and ponds. It comprises:

Kitchen/dining room with oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer
Living room (25 m²) with fireplace (insert), TV (50 countries), and Wi-Fi access
1 bedroom with a double bed
Bathroom with bathtub and shower/WC
Large room with washing machine, dishwasher, and table tennis

1 upstairs living room with a single bed;
1 bedroom with a single bed and a baby bed

Bed linens (€15/double bed, €13/single bed), household linens (€10/person), and a cleaning fee (€65, mandatory if rented by a company) are available for rental.

From Paris, take the N12 to Dreux and continue to Brezolles via the D4. In Brezolles, place de la Halle, take the D30 towards Senonches. After Crucey-Village, take the 1st right towards La Saucelle (D 155.3). At La Saucelle, turn right towards the church (D 146). Arriving in front of the restaurant "le Grand Claireau", and turning your back on the church, turn right into rue des Pesles (D 316.3). The gîte is at number 13.
