The area is quiet and is 8 minutes walk from the tourist office and 10 minutes from the beach.

The accommodation will be perfect for tourist vacations or professional stays. It is located on the 3rd floor without elevator.
Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.

It can accommodate 4 people and is composed of a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a sofa bed to relax after an intense day. The following facilities will be at your disposal: Private parking, Hairdryer, Television, Heating, Washing machine, Coffee machine, work space, Refrigerator, Fan, Microwave, Iron.

In addition to all this, the apartment has a nice furnished balcony which will be very appreciated in summer.

A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

You will find several sites of interest close to the apartment such as: the Villa Tamaris at 4 min by car, the Napoleon fort museum at 5 min, the Rade de Toulon at 7 min, the Port of La Seyne-sur-Mer at 9 min, the Fort of Six-Fours at 13 min and many others.

To enjoy the summer, as well as the beach, you will have several choices of beach, but La plage des sablettes is to be recommended as it is one of the city's must-see beaches which is 10 min away on foot.

## Emplacement
La Seyne-sur-Mer is a seaside resort located near Toulon. The town has a marina and a fishing port. It is partly a seaside resort with its Sablettes district. You will find shuttles to go to Toulon or Porquerolles from the pier of Seyne-sur-Mer.
