“Having the breakfast to grab when before we left was good, but there was only one staff person there and she was very slow.
The keypad for the back gate had apparently been broken so it was disabled and our card could not work on the gate. We had to park back there and were unable to use that for access to the hotel and had to walk all the way around late at night when we arrived back at the hotel. That should be fixed.”

“They gave me the wrong room key and I walked into two ladies watching TV when I arrived already tired as hell. Once that was done and I got a new room key it expired after one night cause they didn’t put in the correct amount of time I was staying. WiFi was pretty bad and this is coming from a person who rarely used their phone on vacation so that can be improved as well.”

“First room smelled before we even walked in. And my sense of smell is bad and I could still smell it. There were 2 different camper/rvs parked in the parking lot with people sleeping in them like camping out in parking lot. Overall not clean, old and worn, breakfast was ok with options and good for a standard breakfast buffet. Nothing special at all though. Their coffee was absolutely horrible and I’m not a coffee snob at all. It was bad.”
