Cocoonr agency offers this 50 m² flat for rent, just 2 minutes from the port of La Teste and its famous oyster huts, where you can set down your bags for a break, a family getaway or a getaway with friends!
Everything you need to get away from it all is here: the port at the end of the road, cycle paths that take you along the salt meadows to Arcachon's beaches in just 15m, and La Teste station just a 10-minute walk away!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A living room with a lounge area, sofa, TV and direct access to the balcony.
- Kitchen with hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and storage space, direct access to the balcony!
- Shower room with shower, vanity unit, washing machine and storage space, WC

First floor:
- Two double bedrooms with water point, one with a single bed, a 140cm bed and a cot, the other with 2 beds, one 140cm and one 160cm.

Outside:
- The terrace will be the meeting point for your get-togethers from breakfast to dinner!
There are 2 parking spaces in front of the property.

It's hard to choose between the multitude of activities on offer in the Bay of Arcachon!
You can take advantage of all its attractions, discovering the spectacular Ville d'Hiver district with its superb turn-of-the-century houses, its park and its belvedere with an unbeatable view of the Bay!
The little train opposite the tourist office will give you plenty of ideas for things to discover and a great overview of Arcachon!
At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster ports - the port of La Teste is just 300m away - or in Gujan, or at the Arcachon market (bring a container if you want them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pilat!
If you fancy taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées!
The Banc d'Arguin, transparent water, paradise on earth!
Descent of the Leyre, to the ornithological park at Le Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide or alone with your kayak, sublime!

Logement très agréable,Et fonctionnel !! Très bien équipé propre calme et charmant.Proche de la gare, pistés cyclables et de toute commodité.Séjour très agréable sur le bassin !
