Cozy Apartment 100m from the Beach with Ocean View Terrace and Parking

In the city center district (beach 100m, city center 700m), apartment for 4 people located in the Residence "Les Océanides". The accommodation is composed of an entrance with bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), a fitted kitchen open to a living room with a 160 sofa bed, closet and a mezzanine with a 140 bed with chest of drawers. You can enjoy a south-facing terrace with a glimpse of the ocean. Also at your disposal, 2 private parking spaces.
The end-of-stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants.
Additional services on request and subject to availability: rental of sheets and household linen, rental of WIFI box (40€ per week), end-of-stay cleaning (75€), rental of childcare equipment.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
Four districts, four faces: The town center, La Grière to the south, the Lighthouse to the west and the Hameau de la Terrière.
