Very nice semi-detached holiday home on 2 sides, Labeled 3 Clévacances and classified 3 stars, for 6 people in the center of La Tranche sur mer, about 400 m from the beach, 400 m from super U and 800 m from the city center of La Tranche sur Mer.

On the ground floor:
A living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen area (LV - MW - OVEN),
A master suite with 1 bed of 140 with shower room.
Separate WC.

Upstairs:
Two bedrooms each with 2 beds of 90 and cupboards

Très bon séjour. Maison très propre et surtout très bien équipée (cuisine, jeux,livres...)A 5min à pieds de la plage, 15 min à pieds du centre ville. Le seul inconvénient : location via une agence (plusieurs erreurs avant notre arrivée, personne pour accueillir et pour faire une état des lieux).Nous aurions préféré passer directement par les propriétaires.Hormis ce point, nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié la maison.
