Serene Cottage 650m from Beach – Terrace, Veranda, Garden & Garage

Small house of approximately 39m², 650m from the beach, with an enclosed garden. Located in a very quiet condominium, the house comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a fully equipped kitchen area, a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, a bathroom with a sink and washing machine, and a separate toilet. The bay window opens onto a veranda of approximately 8m² that opens onto the terrace and garden. Certified 1 Clévacances key. A small parking space is available in the garage located 30m from the house.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants. Additional services on request and subject to availability: rental of sheets and household linen, rental of WIFI box (€40 per week), end-of-stay cleaning (€85), rental of childcare equipment.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
Four districts, four faces: The town center, La Grière to the south, the Lighthouse to the west and the Hameau de la Terrière.
