“It was a long day of traveling and I was initially bummed that there wasn't a window in the apartment and I couldn't find the hairdryer and there wasn't shampoo.... LOL , it felt tragic, AND after a few deep breaths, I regained my composure and really enjoyed this apartment. The cave-like bedroom is actually a lot like mine, which is great for sleep. “Great customer service. Zzzing staff were always available to assist via WhatsApp. Unit was very clean. More than enough towels and toilet paper. They even left us water and oils and salt in case we needed it. Location was perfect. Cafes, shops and sights were just steps away. Bed was very comfortable. However, the unit was very cold during the day and hot at night. Hot water runs out in the shower often and there were mosquitoes. Possibly because of the time of year (April). Otherwise beautiful...

“The apartment was divided into two spaces on separate floors. The 2nd floor space was a bedroom and bath, it was very moldy smelling with no windows. My daughter slept on the sofa in our space because it was so musty. There was a fan that just blew the musty air around. The apartment is in a great location.”
