“Furniture in the room was covered in dust. Dirty, stained towels. Unexplained fire alarm (false positive reportedly) in the middle of the night.”

“The staff was fantastic. We had a problem with the AC in our room and they moved us to another room very quickly. The hotel went through recent renovations and it looks great. Breakfast was also good. Pricing is very reasonable. Totally will recommend it.”

“Right from the 3:00 pm check in point, the whole trip was a disaster. First no one is at the desk, you have to ring a bell and wait, then we were told our room wasn't ready, it would be another half hour, then there was no cart to bring our baggage in because there was only one and apparently someone had it in there room. When we got to our suite, the floors were dirty, the sofa bed had no mattress so was impossible to even sit on and when we started to pull it out, the dirt under the sofa had...

“Jim welcomed us and checked us in. Our room was lovely. If you’re planning a long stay, note that there is no dresser or draws. A huge closet with ironing board and luggage racks. Lots of hangers too. It’s 1 block from the Main Street. Parking is in the rear behind the garden. We didn’t see Jim again until breakfast which is at 9am. You get a menu of 2 choices for breakfast the night before ”
