Chalet a LaFayette

“Room was spotless. Laundry on site, affordable. Staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and delicious.”

“Outstanding!”

“I was honestly pretty nervous after reading so many bad reviews before my stay. But now that I’m here, it’s really fine! It’s definitely not a 5-star hotel, but it gets the job done and serves our needs well. My only real complaint is the parking lot. I came back pretty late from dinner last night and couldn't find a single open spot. Assuming there’s at least one space per room, management really needs to make sure only registered guests are parking there.”

“Need to do something about the people hanging out in the parking lot partying/drinking”

“On the night of the 19th, our arrival day, for some unexplained reason, the water coming out of the spigot on the bathroom sink, after opening the "COLD" handle, wasn't cold; it was warm water! In the morning, it was cold.”

“The bottom of the pool was pretty uncomfortable”

“Personale impreparato a fornire risposte sia per la mancata conoscenza che per la lingua inglese. Solo un ascensore funzionante per un albergo di 6 piani. Stanza un po’ rumorosa in quanto adiacente all’ascensore e mancava isolamento acustico. ”

“The staff was very helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good.”

“Wifi was not working hotel historical well kept plenty of voice for dinner 3 restaurants at the hotel lake and Village really nice”
