Mary, at the front desk, went way out of her way to be so helpful to us in everything we needed. The pool was opened for a short time during our stay, but mostly was out of service. “Went for a concert and a visit to Copperstown. The hot tub was great, excellent breakfast as well. Staff was very accommodating, anything we needed we got right away. Highly recommend this property will most certainly stay there on our next visit to Syracuse. A++”

“This was a last minute booking for us which we normally don't do but overall we were pretty impressed given it was a Comfort Inn. Price was a tad high but our room was clean, pool in good condition and staff at desk was great.”
