“My stay was very disappointing. When I arrived, there was an empty liquor bottle left in the bathroom, which immediately made me question whether the room had been cleaned properly. Although I booked a non-smoking room, it had a strong cigarette odor throughout the room. The dishes and utensils provided in the room were also dirty, with food still stuck to them, which was unacceptable. I do want to recognize the night shift front desk employee, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful....

“The beds were stained. Bathroom was unclean. Floor were dirty. Check in staff was making inappropriate comments to my wife. Actually did not stay & could not get any satisfaction from the hotel proprietor.”
