Questa Ăš una bella casa completamente attrezzata, esposta a sud, situata nell'oceano Labenne.
Completamente rinnovato e rinnovato nel 2013.
La cucina a pianta aperta ha porte scorrevoli in vetro esposte a sud, rendendo la stanza molto luminosa e ariosa. Con vista incantevole sull'ampia terrazza e sul giardino.
Vedrai dalle foto, la casa Ăš stata costruita con dietro solo una bellissima pineta.
È possibile raggiungere a piedi, spot per il surf, spiaggia, negozi locali, bar, ristoranti e piatti da asporto.
Affittiamo anche tavole da surf per tutti gli ospiti che ne hanno bisogno.

The property is strategically located (beach, shops, restaurants, etc.) and creates a snugly atmosphere. It is fully equipped and functional, house and terrace are ideal. The house offers everything you need. The host, Abi Chapman-Jameson, is extremely friendly and exceedingly reliable when it comes to any individual requests.We had a really nice stay and relaxing time in this property.

Perfect place, location, all facilities in the house you needed. Welcome wine, crisps, beer and milk. Lovely hot water, clean towels and comfy bed. Great communication with Abi. Easy walk to the beach.. We were there when Storm Darragh was on, so not great weather, but we were warm and cosy in the house. Thank you

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es ist sehr gemĂŒtlich. Terrasse mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. VollstĂ€ndig umzĂ€unt und nicht einsehbar. Ein Weg am Haus fĂŒhrt in den wunderschönen Wald. Und das Meer ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Abi ist immer erreichbar und eine tolle Gastgeberin.

Abi is an excellent, very kind and helpful host. The house is located close to the ocean, on a quiet street, in a beautiful garden. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. In the garden there are two large tables and very comfortable lounge furniture. Abi welcomed us with wine, which was very nice. She gave us many valuable tips and even showed us her beautiful paintings. We had a very nice time in Labenne Ocean and at her house.I highly recommend this accommodation!

La estancia ha sido magnífica. Buscåbamos paz, naturaleza, y huir de las zonas masificadas. La casa es para disfrutar y casi no quieres ni salir de ella. El bosque para pasear hasta llegar al mar perdiéndose por los senderos fue una gozada. En la zona de los campings hay de todo para comer fuera, tomar una cerveza o ir al spa. (muy recomendable) Y los pueblecitos de alrededor, con el mar y el agua como hilo conductor geniales para pasear sin estrés. Mil gracias!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem netten und super gelegenen Haus. Abi hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, alles erklĂ€rt und war immer da, falls es Fragen gab. Das Haus ist sehr gemĂŒtlich, ruhig und hat einen tollen Aussenbereich, welcher eingezĂ€unt ist. Passt super wenn man mit Hund verreist. Das Haus hat alles was es fĂŒr einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Durch die NĂ€he zum sagenhaften Strand und den GeschĂ€ften kann man auch gerne auf das Auto verzichten. Die grösseren GeschĂ€fte und interessanten StĂ€dte sind nicht weit entfernt und gut zu erreichen. FĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub und zum geniessen der schönen Natur ist dieses Haus super geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super gemĂŒtliches Haus, komlett eingerichtet zum selber kochen. Mit Hund und Kindern super Lage und gemĂŒtlichen Garten zum verweilen und geniessen. Abi ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hilft gerne bei Fragen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Labenne-Ocean!

Enjoyed an excellent stay at Abi’s holiday home in Labenne Ocean. Perfectly located a few minutes walk from the beach, enjoying the fantastic warm weather in early October. Abi helped us hire cycles locally, and so we spent most days touring the areas along the beautiful Atlantic coast.

Abigail was an excellent host, helping out with a few unrelated issues and making sure we had everything for our stay. The outside space at the property is particularly good and an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with helpful items left for our stay. Thank you for a lovely visit.

TrĂšs bon emplacement trĂšs au calme pour faire de bonnes grasses matinĂ©es !! un bel espace jardin pour profiter de l'extĂ©rieur avec 2 coins repas Ă  choisir selon le soleil ou pas. Un bon volume intĂ©rieur, chaleureux et une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e si l'on souhaite cuisiner. Abi est absolument charmante et trĂšs disponible mĂȘme en cours de sĂ©jour si besoin. Nous avons donc Ă©tĂ© trĂšs satisfaits.

We really enjoyed the variety of outside space at this property. There were shady spots to relax and eat, as well as areas in dappled light and full sunshine, all set in a pretty decked area, surrounded by mature trees offering great privacy. Inside, the property provided a comfortable living space and a very well-stocked kitchen. Within easy walking distance of the beach and amenities.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit! Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet, sauber und hat die perfekte Lage. Das Haus ist sehr gemĂŒtlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass man auch wunderbar mal einen Regentag gemĂŒtlich zu fĂŒnft drinnen verbringen kann. Der große Garten mit Terasse bietet viele verschiedene Sitz- und LiegeplĂ€tze zu allen Tageszeiten im Schatten oder in der Sonne. Abigail, die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Danke Abigail. Du bist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Die Ausstattung ist klasse, es ist alles vorhanden. Der Garten ist traumhaft und der Strand nur einige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder!

Wir haben die Zeit in Labenne sehr genossen! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war immer klar und sehr herzlich. Man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer und findet einen traumhaften Strand vor. In der NĂ€he kann man sehr schöne StĂ€dte besuchen (Bayonne!). Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, auf der Terrasse finden sich mehrere Sitzgarnituren fĂŒr jeden Anlass und jeden Sonnenstand. Der Garten ist vollstĂ€ndig umzĂ€unt, was fĂŒr uns mit Hund ideal war.

Wir hatten mit unseren Teenager-Kindern eine sehr schöne Zeit in Labenne-OcĂ©an. Die Lage des Hauses am Rand des Dorfes mit einem Fußweg von fĂŒnf Minuten in die DĂŒnen war perfekt fĂŒr uns. Das riesige GrundstĂŒck mit den verschiedenen Sitz-Möglichkeiten auf der Terrasse ist schön umrahmt von BĂ€umen und von der Straße aus nicht einsehbar. Das Haus selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr einen Urlaub braucht und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Abi ist eine aufmerksame und sehr sympathische Gastgeberin - vielen Dank!

Das Haus ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet und alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Der Platz und die Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen sind ein Traum, da man mehrere Optionen zum Essen, chillen und entspannen hat. Der Weg zum Strand dauert zu Fuß ca. 10 min. Wir wurden sehr nett von Abi begrĂŒĂŸt und bei RĂŒckfragen sehr hilfsbereit betreut. Das Haus ist fĂŒr den Sommer rundherum zu empfehlen.

La gentillesse d Abi, sa disponibilitĂ© et son sourire nous a permis de passer un excellent sĂ©jour. Nous avons adorĂ© ces 3 jours dans les Landes et pouvoir profiter de cette charmante maison, accueillante, propre, oĂč tout est Ă  disposition, Ă©tait vraiment Top.
