“Ok hotel but the ladies at the check-in desk are just dry. No courtesy, no smile, no love. You will ve threated and feel like goods. We arrived 50 mins before check-in time and wanted just to register our ids, didn’t need the room yet. One lday was ln the phone speaking faster than a F1, while the other said she was really busy and pointed us to their restaurant. We decided to take again the car and go for a trip. “The reason we chose to stay at this place was the falsely advertised picture of the property. They are using Falcon's Nest as their cover image. In reality, it's a different property. We arrived in Hrensko and couple of hours before the check-in I received an email sayin that due to technical difficulties, they could not accommodate us. “Das Familienzimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Skipisten sind nicht weit entfernt. Alles super. ”

“A bit hard to find the reception, but friendly front desk, free parking, transit passes & sauna were great. No air conditioning, front desk & sauna hours are limited, no laundry. The parking requires some steps and/or a long walk, but you can drop baggage off at the front of the building.”

“Wir haben nur eine Nacht hier gebracht, aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super fande ich, dass zu jedem Zimmer ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung stand. Es war alles gepflegt und sauber. Die Alpakas sind sehr süß. 😊”

“Sehr freundliches, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Zimmer und das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet, schönes Badezimmer mit einer großen Dusche. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut lecker und auch reichhaltig. Großer Parkplatz mit verschlossenen Toren in der Nacht. Ich fühle mich immer sehr wohl im Hotel Varnsdorf.”
