Hotel a Labuduwa

“It was the most unpleasant stay in Sri Lanka and in general in several years traveling in Asia. The receptionist was totally unfriendly, just interested in getting us out out the hotel....and we understood why: some rooms were under renovation, so there was noise from early in the morning through the day. Nobody addressed us any excuse or recognize any kind of compensation for that. The guy at the restaurant was superb and hostyle, trying to reduce breakfast against what was our right to receive...

“Lovely quiet place with wonderful gardens and pool. Clean and large rooms, great staff, generous breakfast. Next to 3 in one spa for fabulous massage and a good coffee shop right next door. Great location. I cannot stress how lovely and accommodating staff is. ”

“Staff was wonderful, highly recommend. Rooms were cleaned daily, the rooms were functional, the property it self is a bit old, but still very beautiful. Private secluded beaches, you just cant beat the views and how private it is. I initially only had the reservation for 3 days, but extended it to a week. Highly recommend! ”

“Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Lum Residence. Vi förlängde med en vecka och bodde i ett Deluxe Dubbelrum bredvid poolen. Hjälpsam och vänlig personal som alltid hejar, god mat och en fin pool som var skön att svalka sig i. Ett plus är yogasalen utomhus på en takterrass för stretching och yoga. Bra AC och takfläkt. Personligt och inte för stort hotell. Läget är perfekt med en kort moped eller Tuk-Tuk tur till restauranger och stranden. Vi rekommenderar det här stället till alla!!!”

“This was our 2nd stay at the Asian Jewel. Our return was based on our previous experience which was lovely staff, good food, clean and spacious room. The location is out of town but was easy/cheap to get tuk tuks and being situated next to the lagoon allowed us to see lots of beautiful birds from our balcony. Would recommend and hope to return again.”

Personale gentilissimo e qualificato, cena spettacolare, colazione varia, medici competenti, servizio impeccabile, yoga e meditazione, piscina stupenda , trattamenti Ayurvedici da sogno,ti coccolano tanto. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti, abbiano già consigliato la struttura ad amici, ci ritorneremo volentieri... ”

“Das Highlight des Hotels war das Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Aber für den Preis gab’s es zu wenig Auswahl. Der Pool und die Lage direkt am Meer sind ein Traum. Es waren alle sehr bemüht, dass wir uns wohl fühlen, es wurde auch ein Meet-Greet veranstaltet. Essen und Trinken ist relativ teuer, da noch 10% Service Charge und 31% Steuern hinzugefügt werden. Für ein 5-Sterne hatten die Handtücher leider immer wieder Flecken. Das WLAN war sehr schlecht und wir hatten des...
