In the small village of Laburgade, a spacious Lot-style stone house, lovingly restored by its owners, featuring spacious interiors, a covered terrace, and grounds partially enclosed by dry-stone walls. Passionate about heritage, deeply connected to nature, active in village life, and truffle farmers for several generations, the owners offer a guided tour highlighting the features mentioned above. Upon returning, an aperitif prepared by the owners rounds out this moment of togetherness. On the first floor: a 40-square-meter living room with a built-in, fully equipped kitchenette; a sitting area with a closed-hearth fireplace; one bedroom (1 bed, 1.40 m, with its own private bathroom); and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a large mezzanine converted into a relaxation area leading to two open-plan bedrooms (1 bed, 1.40 m, and 1 bed, 0.90 m), a bathroom, and a separate toilet with a sink. Laundry room with exterior access, parking, and underfloor heating powered by a heat pump. Sheets, towels, housekeeping, and electricity are optional.
