Hotel vicino a Labyrinth - Chicago

“When I checked in, the room smelled overwhelmingly of bleach or clorox. The window was screwed shut so I had to sit in the room for an hour with the door open to air it out. After an hour I had to go out to get rid of a headache from the smell. I returned after midnight and the room still smelled. Tried to sleep through it but it was unbearable. The bed only had a thin top sheet, no ac/heater that I could see and the walls were so thin, I could hear everything above and next door. No towel rails...

“Booked a “non smoking” room. When we entered the room we were hit with a very thick and strong smell of cigarette smoke. They refused to give us a refund. We ended up having to go somewhere else because of how bad the smell was. Will not book here again. Do not recommend.”

“Check in took a bit longer than expected which seemed to be due to staffing issues. The room was clean and ready for us upon check in. The parking available through the hotel and also the long-term airport parking were a bit confusing for our stay and we left for our trip still unsure of if we were in the correct parking area. Overall we would stay again and would like to use the pool next time!”

“Mal odorante sia la camera che il corridoio, mi avevano detto che avrei avuto il servizio navetta per l aereoporto invece ho dovuto chiamare il taxi andata e ritorno 50 dollari, mentre attendevo il taxi ho visto passare le navette degli altri motel. Non lo consiglio a nessuno”
