Hotel a Lac-des-Dix-Milles

“Premièrement, pas de personnel à la réception j’ai du appeler pour savoir le numéro de ma chambre… j’avais une boite code pour ma clé….. pour les commodités genre spa…. Fermé aucun personnel du lundi au mercredi inclusivement…. Pour la douche…. L’eau était tiède et cela a pris beaucoup de temps avant de passer de froide à tiède… Serviette de bain et de main…. Qualité médiocre. Point positif…. La chambre très propre.”

“Wonderful stay in a beautiful lakeside location. Very modern well equipped suite and rooms and balconies with lovely views. Very helpful staff. We enjoyed the hot tub. Walking distance to the picturesque village with cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful, very clean, cozy, and in a quiet location, making it the perfect place to relax. The only minor issue we encountered was that the TV remote wasn’t working properly. We had to unplug the TV a few times to reset it, but it wasn’t a major inconvenience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!”

“I recently stayed at Le Westin in Mont-Tremblant. The property is beautiful, and my room had a great view. The hot sauna, pool, and jacuzzi are nice amenities. However, I cut my leg on an exposed corner of the jacuzzi. I reported it, but it wasn’t covered the next day. Despite the injury happening on their property, no manager or director ever followed up or apologized. The management’s lack of response was extremely disappointing. I also found my Bonvoy stay wasn’t recorded, and construction...

“Très bel emplacement, personnel serviable, mais plutôt vieillot et les installations ont besoin d'un entretien majeur. L'air climatisé est assuré par des unités murales au niveau du sol, ce qui rend le sommeil dans le lit d'appoint très inconfortable.”
