Hotel con piscina a Lac-Superieur

“The first room I had there were ants crawling all over the walls everywhere. The whirlpool tub didn't work also. So my first night was not pleasant at all...the next day I went to the administration and they changed my room for a bigger room right next door...no ants and the jet tub worked. I was actually happy the tub didn't work as my room was changed on this account but the ants was not a spring time issue there's a nest under the patio door as that was the location they were entering from....

“Feeling of nature”

“The room was beautiful and perfect for couples looking to relax and enjoy nature. The staff was amazing, very friendly and always doing their best to help. The only downside was that the bed was not really queen size as expected. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay”

“The hotel itself is ok, but the behavior of two front desk employees completely ruined our experience. When I politely asked for information, they laughed at me, acted disrespectfully, and were extremely unprofessional. Their attitude toward guests was unacceptable. What made the situation even worse was that neither of them was wearing a name tag, and they only reluctantly gave their names after I insisted. “Déjeuner médiocre, stationnement pas sécuritaire ”

“Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment agréable et reposant. Les équipements extérieurs (piscine, et spa extérieurs) n’étaient pas disponibles pendant notre séjour, mais nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et sauna intérieur, qui étaient très calmes. Nous nous sommes reposés dans un des salons à l’étage du Hartford pendant l’après-midi et c’était très bon. Il y a même plusieurs jeux de société pour passer un moment agréable. Notre seul regret est de ne pas être resté plus longtemps !”
