The Space:

Our luxurious lakeside suite is a peaceful retreat carefully decorated for your comfort and enjoyment. This condo can sleep six guests, offering two bedrooms with comfortable beds ensuring everyone has a restful night's sleep. The property has two bathrooms. We have two Smart TVs at your disposal for your entertainment needs. Love to cook? our fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and essential will be your go-to spot preparing your favorite recipes. For your convenience, the condo also features a washer and a dryer. During the sunny summer months, take a refreshing dip in the shared pool. When the weather cools off, the captivating fireplace creates a warm ambiance perfect for cozy indoor evenings. Please note that pool availability and the use of the fireplace are season dependent. Additionally, one dedicated parking spaces is available for guests and an extra guests parking is also available for extra cars.

Guest Access:

Guests are privileged to entire access to the property, including all its on-site Amenities. Here, you'll have everything you need for a memorable stay: from necessary kitchen appliances to cozy bedroom necessities, including bed linens, extra pillows and blankets. Furthermore, guests will have full access to the club's recreational facilities, and practical Amenities such as a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. When arriving at the property, you can effortlessly park your vehicles at the designated space allocated for you. Extra guests parking is also available on site.



Access to Club de la Pointe

- Only guests staying at Fraternité-sur-Lac who have a magnetic access card or wristband attached to a lanyard worn around their neck are permitted to access and circulate within Club de la Pointe. The access card or wristband must be visible at all times.

- Guests aged 13 and over are considered adults for Club access purposes and must therefore have their own access pass.

- Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.



The Neighborhood:

Located less than 10 minutes from the Mont-Tremblant's North Side and 15 minutes from the pedestrian village.



Between June 8 and October 12, yoga sessions from 9am to 10m every Saturday at Club de la Pointe. First come, first served. When the weather permits, yoga will take place outside, otherwise, it will take place in the gym.



Swimming Pool: From June 24th, a lifeguard will be present from 10:00 to 18:00 every day through to 2 September 2024 inclusive. Outside of these dates and times, the pool enclosure will remain closed.



Marina: From June 1st, the opening and closing of the marina depend on the temperature of the lake water. A minimum of 15° Celsius is required. Weather permitting, watercraft will be available daily between 10:00 to 18:00

Getting Around:

A small grocery store with all the essentials is a 2-minute walk from the property. There you will find a café with selection of sandwiches and brioche, an SAQ section, fruits and vegetables, prepared meals, chips, liqueurs, desserts, toiletries, etc.



Other Things to Note:

Baby kits are available upon request and include a crib or playpen, a high chair, and a booster seat. Contact us to reserve yours.



Our property is the perfect choice for any season. We’re close to major attractions like the Casino de Mont-Tremblant, Tonga Lumina, and the Scandinave Spa Mont-Tremblant. For a fun family outing, visit the nearby Observation Tower for a stunning view of the region.



You’ll also find excellent bars and restaurants close by, serving hearty meals and delicious cocktails to enhance your stay.
