Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped family kitchen, a cozy living area with books, games, and a TV, and a large dining table perfect for shared meals. Highchairs, a travel cot, and stair gates are available on request – so you can pack lighter and travel stress-free.

Step outside to discover your **private saltwater pool**, fully fenced and secure – ideal for children of all ages. The surrounding garden has plenty of room for play, as well as shaded areas for parents to relax with a book or a glass of local wine.

Set in the charming village of Lacapelle‑Biron, at the edge of the Lot‑et‑Garonne and near the Dordogne border, there’s plenty to see and do for families:

Nestled in the valley of the Lède and surrounded by forest and chestnut woods, Lacapelle‑Biron offers easy walking, nature and fresh air.

The local leisure park Parc en Ciel is a highlight for families: tree‑top adventure courses for all ages (even from age 2), mini‑golf, playgrounds and safe, fun outdoor activity.

For nature lovers, there are easy walking loops in the surrounding woods and countryside — ideal for a relaxed afternoon out with children.

The area is rich in history and charm: nearby villages, châteaux and the picturesque reserve of the valley make it fun and interesting for all ages.

Within the village you’ll find local services: bakery, small supermarket, butcher, café – great for the little things that make family holidays easier.


On site, we have table tennis, beach tennis, swimming pool, a climbing activity for the younger ones with swings and a slide. We are situated on a footpath that leads to the Chateau at Biron, Passing in front of La Tuque vineyard. We also have books and games available.

Check in times are from 4pm and check out is before 10am.
