Gite at the exit of a small hamlet of mountain, in peace, adjoining a secondary residence occupied occasionally. Ground floor: living room, kitchen area, bathroom with toilet. On the mezzanine floor, two double beds. Electric heating, fireplace. Small terrace at the entrance + large terrace with barbecue below. Possibility to rent sheets. At 800m altitude, Carausse is a small hamlet typical of the Gijou valley, in the heart of the Monts de Lacaune, in the Natural Park of Haut Languedoc. The hamlet is a haven of greenery and coolness in summer, the woods around are the paradise for mushroom lovers, when the mists of the valley envelop the flanks of the surrounding peaks. The owners have patiently rehabilitated this old building, all in stones and visible beams. Fishing, hiking, discovery of the Gijou valley and total rest will be the program of your holidays. The resort of Lacaune, 4 km, offers all the services. The Espace des Sources Chaudes allows you to relax in all seasons.
