Chalet a Laceby

“Very helpful staff and so friendly. Found us a room with aircon -much appreciated during the heatwave. Room had everything you needed. Breakfast was reasonably priced and great.”

“Beautiful Hotel, well maintained and with really professional personnel. The location in fine ad the position is strategic if you come from south and want to rest outside hall (the nearest town)”

“Really clean room. Boutique decor.”

“Nicely decorated. Very clean. Well positioned. Excellent breakfast.”

“The staff were not the most helpful. We were attending the wedding of my brother in law and wanted early access to our room to get ready. They said they would 'try'. It was 1.55pm when we were given access - the checkout time was 11.00am and the wedding was due to start at 3.15pm. They should have prioritised our room but I felt they were just being awkward. The room was ok for the price. The breakfast was good, but they still tried to charge us for it even though we'd paid for it the night...

“Housekeeping staff always very friendly and carry out an excellent job. Room always clean. Reception staff helpful and friendly. In fact all hotel staff are friendly. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection of food.”

“Lunga permanenza hotel comodo e pulito personale molto disponibile”

“Liked all. Continental breakfast but loads to choose from.”

“Lovely overnight stay. Nice breakfast. Bathroom a little dark with having black floor and walls but clean. Nothing we didn't like.”

“Lovely spacious home and perfect for us and the dog. The kids loved having a telly in their bedroom and we appreciated the fresh laundry, tea bags and coffee. Will definitely book again when we're over visiting family. ”
