“All was good”

“Overall an okay property and stay, especially for the price. Good location. Easy access from freeway. The walls are a little thin and we heard another guest in the next room snoring (earplugs were provided. lol). There was competition for the shared bathroom in the morning. The breakfast is more grab-n-go than continental. Breakfast items are not laid out except for the coffee. The room was nice and comfortable. “Breakfast was mediocre selection. Coffee was lukewarm. No coffee in the room at all. Staff not at all helpful. I asked for a receipt and was given a receipt for someone entirely different. I asked again in the morning, and the girl was more concerned about description of the girl that gave me the wrong receipt, and then proceeded to tell me she was unable to provide me a receipt. I would not stay again.”

“Hotel is under new management and the new staff appears to be quite nice and accommodating. Hotel itself has a shabby exterior, but the rooms are clean and the lobby looks to be freshly renovated. Would stay again if in Olympia.”

“The only good thing about the hotel was the very helpful check-in staff. The rooms are Spartan, no sitting chair and decoration is almost nonexistent. Restaurants in the hotel are not even close to sit down dining. The nicest one is sitting at a bar, eating seafood while some drunk bellars at the bartender. We thought about our experience there when we were leaving and concluded that every aspect was below average except staff. This is not a place to go unless you just wanna go gamble and walk...
