Cocoonr offers this 160 m² air-conditioned medieval farmhouse in Lachapelle for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 travellers.

It comprises a lovely 43 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms (with shower) and a garden of around 7,000 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- 43 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, table football
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- Bedroom 1: with king-size bed (180×200) and adjoining shower area (curtained off)

First floor:
- Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a king-size bed (180×200) and a single bed
- Bathroom with shower

- Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, cot, plancha, fan.

Outside:
- A beautiful, private, unenclosed garden of 7,000 m².
- Two terraces, facing east (30 m²) and north (60 m²), very pleasant in all seasons, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

A former medieval stone and brick farmhouse, this family home welcomes you to a peaceful setting in the heart of nature. Situated on a hillside, close to a vineyard, paths and a forest, it's an ideal setting for a family get-together, to recharge your batteries and enjoy a wide range of activities: tourist, cultural, gastronomic or sporting discoveries.
