“Le offerte che ci sono su internet sono solo per le camere in condizioni pessime al terzo piano. Colazione ok. La sera torno in albergo e mi trovo la camera non pulite e inoltre trovo delle coperte e guanciale sporche sul letto, in più. Alla reception sono stati gentili e si sono scusati dandomi una camera nel primo piano dove le camere sono sicuramente migliori. Connessione internet assente nel secondo e nel terzo piano. In generale mi aspettavo MOLTO di più da un'albergo a quattro stelle!”

“The staff of the reception was very kind, attentive, immediate action and ready to help with any question we had. For example at the checkin we asked for an iron and when we went to our room, the iron was there already. The staff during the breakfast was also very nice. The food was good. It is a good location.
