Access is via a smart lock system — arrival details will be sent once the rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit or damage waiver are completed.
While the home offers complete privacy, your hosts are just a message away should you need anything before or during your stay!
Other Important things to note: - This home is available for stays of 30 days or more only. It's perfect for monthly work assignments, seasonal visits, or temporary transitions. - Pets are welcome with prior approval before check-in. A pet fee of $75 per pet, per stay applies. NOTE: Since we’re a pet-friendly home, this means wagging tails and happy paws are welcome here! Our cleaning team does a fantastic job, but a stray fur or two may still sneak by. If allergies are a concern, we totally understand and recommend choosing a pet-free property for maximum comfort. - No Smoking or Vaping: This is strictly a smoke-free property. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations. - Noise Policy: This home is in a peaceful, scenic area. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM, and be considerate of the surrounding neighborhood. - Weather notice: Louisiana weather can be unpredictable, and while we do our best to prepare for anything, we cannot be held responsible for delays, power outages, storms, or other unforeseen events outside our control. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related events, utility interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our influence. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind. - Check-in if at 5 PM and Check-out is at 10 AM
