“Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff, easy parking.”

“Communication was a problem. When checking in the clerk gave us a key to a room and we opened the door and it was already occupied. Next, he gave us a key for a room on the second floor with 2 queen beds and no working fridge (also, the beds were made up with the sheet on the outside of the bed on top of the blanket, with no spread on top stranger.) “Great new hotel in East Peoria!”

“The room was clean and the hotel smelled really good. I had staff up to my room twice. Once because the toilet wasn’t working and secondly to bring towels and they were pleasant. Actually all staff was accommodating. When I reported the toilet issue, they offered to move me to another room.”
