Ottimo e favoloso Get-away

Offriamo una casa vacanza eccezionale con viste mozzafiato, un sacco di spazio ed è in ottima posizione? Questa è una grande casa di 2.500 piedi quadrati con 4 camere da letto e 2 1/2 bagni. Ci sono ampie aree per socializzare e la camera familiare di livello inferiore è il luogo preferito per fare ricordi. Progettato per il divertimento con un calcio balilla, un sistema di gioco PlayStation 3 e una TV a schermo piatto. Una vasca idromassaggio allettante per 8 persone è un vantaggio. La nostra casa è a pochi minuti dal resort di montagna di Gunstock e dal famigerato lago Winnipesaukee per attività divertenti estive e invernali!
Le caratteristiche della casa includono letti queen size in memory foam, TV con Netflix e Hulu, WiFi, grill all'aperto, asciugamani, lenzuola, cucina completamente attrezzata, pozzo del fuoco all'esterno, ecc.

This house had it all for a successful ski trip. Location, game room, hot tub, and size. We travel with 3 teenagers so I'm always trying to find a place that can keep them entertained and we don't feel like we're crowded. The basement was big and great with the Foosball and air hockey tables. Tons of fun board games that we could play too. Fun place to hang as a family. The living room on the first floor was spacious and we could all sit around and watch TV. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The 2nd floor had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was perfect. The master bed was very comfy. The house was about 5-7 mins from Gunstock so we were able to head back to the house the take a break and eat some lunch and head back out. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing. And the view was beautiful!The host was very pleasant and responsive to questions. Would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay at your home. We loved the open layout of the main floor and the spacious bedrooms. The multi levels decks and hot tub were great. The location was close to shopping, activities and the Bank of NH Pavilion.

Easy and responsive communication with hosts. Tiny 4th bedroom with trundle bed is on basement level & would not be suitable for young children or older adults. 2 full baths on top floor but one is in primary bedroom. Utilitarian toilet & sink in laundry room on main floor. Towels, kitchen cookware, and general updating could be done to home. Comfortable kitchen and living area for a group. Lots of deck levels and stairs (slippery) to hot tub and fire pit area. Plenty of parking. Location may be more convenient for skiers than to summer lake goers.

This was a lovely, spacious, clean house. Had most of the amenities we needed. The only difficulty we had during our stay was getting to the hot tub. The landscaping was blocking the walkway. Everything else was great.

Host was very responsive to our messages. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub so that was disappointing. There was a lot of bugs (flies, mosquitoes and gnats) inside the house so bring bug spray. But that may be our fault by opening and closing the doors. Cleanliness was ok, could’ve been better. Found dust/hair from the last guests in the master bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the house for a concert and Labor Day weekend. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers. There was plenty of space and the communication with the owner was great. Super close to the beach and an amazing location for the concert.

This was the perfect place to stay to enjoy a low key ski weekend. The house is 5 min away from Gunstock which made everything just so easy and less stressful when corralling young kids to get ready for lessons. It’s very clean and well stocked, everything is in great shape, but not SO pristine that I was worried about the kids making a mess of things. (If I was staying here without kids it was completely nice and well taken care of, no complaints but just noting it was great for a family in that regard.) Lots of games and TV and the views from the deck and hot tub were beautiful! The only thing that we didn’t realize that I would note for others with younger kids is that the bedroom with the trundle bed is in the basement (rest of the rooms are on the second floor) but there were two twin mattresses in the closet of the master bedroom so we were able to easily adjust our plan and enjoy our stay comfortably. Tons of extra pillows, etc. We loved it and are excited to come back!

We enjoyed this property as it had everything we were looking for, within 15 minutes of where we were going over the weekend and had plenty of parking spots for all of my friends and me to park. This trip brought our family together from different parts the country post vaccination. I had communicated with Mohammed several times before our trip and he was very responsive and helpful. He really went out of his way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. As for the house, it was amazing. The location was great. Near Weirs Beach and state park beach as well. The house was immaculate and had every comfort of home and more. The owners really thought of everything. When you travel there are always things that are missing in the room. Little things that can be annoying but this house was just really well thought out for ease of use, convenience and comfort. The owners were very generous and had some snacks and food in the pantry and fridge. The decks were incredible as was the hot tub. The basement had an air hockey table that we Loved playing. Tons of games and tv options as well. Mohammed continued to be helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I just really thought this house was incredible for a family and would highly recommend. We will be back!

Mohammed and Linda were great hosts and their property was great, clean and comfortable. Kids loved the playroom on the ground floor and my wife and I loved the balcony that overlooks the foliage mountains. Great time.

My family and I stayed here for a family vacation and I cannot express how much we love this property. As someone who is very particular about where they stay when staying away from home, I was extremely impressed and felt like I was home. The home itself is huge. So spacious and plenty of room (we had six kids with us) and the outdoor space is spectacular. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck every day and night. We had so much fun using the amazing hot tub and fire pit. We cannot wait to stay here again. The owners are an absolute pleasure and were very polite and welcoming. If I could rate this property with 10 stars, I would.

Ok very little “Curb Appeal” at first sight but the inside was really comfortable, spacious and the kids enjoyed the game room. The house is fully stocked with whatever you need. The back of the house has a huge deck with nice views and the hot tub was fabulous!
