Two elderly women (79 & 86) going to church meeting on Saturday from 8:30 to 4:00 didn’t want to travel from home—two hours—in the morning plus loading up car! I had three crockpots, two huge stockpots, 18 containers of frozen soup ingredients, plus paperwork and posters, personal items, and a cart to transport from car to house, house to car, and car to church. My mistake—I didn’t ask about stairs—it was really tough for us to carry cart up and down the stairs. There was no mention of stairs in the description. It was hard to get the key out of and putting keys back in the lockbox. There are no lights on the outside stairs and walkway. We used the kitchen to put the soups together. Kitchen was very satisfactory. The rest of the condo was in excellent condition and fine for us. We enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable. Host answered my questions almost immediately! A little pricey for one night—especially 150 for cleaning. We left it very clean, and used only the king bed and bottom bunk to save work for cleaning people. Brought my own paper towels. Easy access in and out. If wanting to stay in Laconia again, we would gladly rent the same condo again.
