Goditi le viste spettacolari sul lago e sulle montagne mentre soggiorna in questa splendida struttura di lusso (praticamente nuova di zecca nel 2014).

A pochi passi da Akwa Marina, gli affittuari hanno pieno accesso ai servizi dello Yacht Club, tra cui: una grande spiaggia di sabbia, piscina e patio personalizzati, vasca idromassaggio, campo da pallavolo, campo da bocce, due buche per il fuoco all'aperto, due padiglioni esterni. L'Akwa Marina Beach Bar, sede di uno dei migliori roll di aragosta in NH, si trova anche nel porto turistico. Goditi il pranzo / cena e i cocktail mentre sei seduto nel bar Gazebo o anche a bordo piscina.

Servizi Akwa aperti dal 15 maggio al 15 ottobre.

Le attività invernali includono sci, snowboard (a 15 minuti da Gunstock Ski Mtn), pattinaggio / hockey su ghiaccio, pesca sul ghiaccio e motoslitta.

Ecco un po 'di zona: questa casa si trova a 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Meredith, una bellissima cittadina sul lago con negozi specializzati e ristoranti. Gunstock Mountain è a 15 minuti in auto da porta a porta. Funspot, il più grande arcade del mondo, è a mezzo miglio di distanza ed è il luogo ideale per portare la famiglia. La pesca sul ghiaccio è a pochi passi fuori dalla porta sul retro. Il vincitore del derby da pesca è stato catturato di fronte al porto turistico un paio di anni. Solo una breve passeggiata lungo la strada è Weirs Beach. Costruita nel 2014, questa casa è stata progettata per assomigliare a un fienile del New England con rivestimenti in cedro rosso e una grande cupola di rame. Questa è la Town Unit End Unit. Al largo della cucina si trova un enorme oltre 500 piedi quadrati che avvolge il ponte con ringhiere in vetro con vista sul lago e sulle montagne.

Il piano principale ha una cucina a vista con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici e ripiani in granito. Le sale da pranzo includono una grande isola di 8 piedi nella cucina che può ospitare 6 e un grande tavolo all'aperto sul ponte che può ospitare fino a 8. Beautiful Views & Great Location

The Townhouse is very pretty, newly renovated, and spacious. The views of the lake and sunsets through the large windows overlooking and deck overlooking the lake are beautiful. Very conveniently located to Weirs Beach and restaurants. The pool, hot tub and beach areas also very nice and a quick walk. My only negative is that no linens are provided at all. No dishtowels, bathroom towels, face cloths, sheets, blankets, etc. It is a lot to pack, and I have never had to bring all of my own linens, towels, dish/hand towels, sheets, comforters, etc. to a VRBO. Not a deal breaker but just not my typical experience with a VRBO. I would definitely stay again as it is a beautiful property and excellent amenities.

Girls’ Weekend

Such a wonderful stay for a girls’ weekend! The property was more than we expected. Beautiful views and a prime location to restaurants and shops. We had a such a great time. It was so homey and cozy. The porch looks out to Lake Winni and we watched the sunset and rise. The hosts were great and so easy to communicate with. Would 100% recommend!! Hoping to stay here again in the future :)

Excellent stay!

We just got home from a wonderful stay at Akwa Marina. The townhouse was very clean and well equipped with beautiful views of the lake and a short walk to the yacht club. We took advantage of the pool, hot tub, guest dock, restaurant and bar. It was a fun, family friendly atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Also, our kids were able to walk to Weirs beach to play at the arcades and explore the shops. We will be back.

We stayed for three nights and the home is in a beautiful spot close to the water and weirs beach within walking distance. We knew in advance we would have to bring pillows sheets towels blankets but it would have been much easier if that wasn’t a thing! :)

Lots of Lakeside Fun

Our family of 6 adults and 2 kids had a great week at the Red House. The property had lots of room, and the kids playroom off the kitchen was a hit. The view was spectacular, and the Akwa Marina amenities were great. The pool, bounce house, corn hole, and poolside staff were awesome. Walking distance to Weird was a definite plus. Would definitely love to stay again. The owners were responsive and couldn't be any nicer.

Awesome Setup for the Family

My wife and I rented this place for a week in July with our 4 and 6 year olds and it did not disappoint. We had plenty of room even when we had the grand parents up for a couple of nights. The location is ideal with beach access, the pool/hot tub, and the surprisingly good bar/restaurant all within a few steps. Not to mention all of the other great Winnipesaukee activities within a very short drive. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are traveling with little ones.

Pre-Laconia Bike Week Buddy Motorcycle Vaca

3 of my buddies and I do an annual motorcycle trip and we chose Laconia this year! Was great to spend time in this cool town. Kurt and Sarah have a very nice set of homes there with incredible views of the lake and the mountains. The home was very nice and Kurt was an awesome host. We had a couple of small needs while we were there and Kurt was always available and attentive. This is an incredible location if you’re attending bike week…..literally a 2 block walk from the heart of downtime. Our last day there was yesterday for the kickoff to this years rally…..and it was a blast. Thanks Kurt and Sarah…..we throughly enjoyed ourselves!

Clean, Comfortable and great views

Only a weekend stay but we enjoyed the pool, restaurant and bar. Walking distance to Weirs. House had plenty of space for our family of 8 adults and the projection tv was an added bonus for the Celtics playoff game!

Wonderful Stay!

Thank you Kurt for allowing us to rent your beautiful Townhouse. We had a fantastic stay. It was a perfect getaway. I only wish it was summer so we could have enjoyed the Marina amenities. We'll just need to book again :) You could not ask for better mountain/lake views. Absolutely stunning watching the moon rise. The location to Weirs Beach and Fun Stop are perfect. Our kids loved the movie theater as well on the third floor. This property does not disappoint. Thanks again!

Fair weekend

I stayed at this townhouse this past weekend with my family. (6 adults to 2 children)We had a great weekend! Thank you Kurt and Sarah! Your home is beautiful! You can not beat the views, you wake up in the morning and look out the window and can’t help but smile. The location is great you can just walk down to Weirs Beach area. The home had plenty of room not to mention having 3.5 bathrooms! The guys loved the theatre room to be able to watch the game on Sunday after we came back from the fair. The only disappointing thing was we were there on the off season. I have heard wonderful things about the restaurant/bar. The pool and the beach looked awesome! So if your planning on going to Laconia during the season you will not be disappointed if you stay here! Also my grandson loved that the train went by everyday. We would go out and he would wave to the people onboard! Thank you again Kurt and Sarah!

Perfect Weekend!

We stayed in this property Thursday- Sunday. The house is amazing and you can't beat the location. Restaurant and bars within walking distance. We had 9 girls for a girls weekend. We all slept comfortably. The house is spacious and it is right on the water, the view is perfect. The owner, Kurt, was super flexible with check-in and check out. He gave me his cell number and the few questions I had he answered right away. We are already planning our trip back next year. Highly recommend!

Family Fun!

Great location. Having a beach, pool, and food and drinks on the premises was a plus. In addition we had a place to store our jet skis. House was very well stocked. Kids play area a great addition. We had 6 adults and a 1 year old and had more than enough space. Owners were very responsive.

Location can’t be beat and having access to the yacht club and it’s amenities was great. Entire family enjoyed our stay. Only negative side is the property was definitely showing signs of rental wear and tear and we felt like the cleaning service that had come before we checked in did not do the best job.

Beautiful Property great location

Loved this home, we had 5 adults and 4 young teenage boys and everyone had their own space. Views of the lake were amazing, plus you can’t beat the amenities of the Aqua Marina.

This property is the best you are going to find on the lake! The house is stunning, sleeps 10 comfortably and the views are amazing and The amenities make you feel like you are at a luxury resort.
